I’ve been wanting to try this spot and I finally did. I was very disappointed , shocked and regretful for coming here. Sadly I... gave this spot a try on my birthday and had the worst experience at a restaurant ever in my life coming here! The food was finebut the type of “customer service” I got was horrible. At first I had one waitress that was sweet and I feel like she wastrying her best to be attentive but then ASHLEY was I guess “helping” her and when she came to my table she was so rude. Shecame to bring some drinks and left right away without saying anything . I was wanting to ask her if we can have some straws so Isaid excuse me and she continue to walk away acting like she couldn’t hear me! At first I was like okay she probably didn’thear me but when I helped myself to go get some straws myself since it was in a spot that I was able to grab she comes backsaying “I have your straws here.” She was very passive aggressive. That’s when I realized that she did hear me and choseto ignore me! She was horrible throughout the whole time me and my friends where there. She again came back to bring a secondround of drinks and again no straws on her? But says “And I’ll bring you your straws right now”again in a (passiveaggressive manner) Like if you know I’m going to ask for straws why not bring them along with the drinks and not be havingus wait for them?? Plus what waitress doesn’t have straws on them? She was honestly the worse waitress I’ve ever came acrosswith. She’s a joke and is an older woman acting like she’s 15 with that type of attitude. She was so rude and disrespectfulif a manager reads this I hope he talks to her about her behavior. She definitely hates her job and takes it up on others I canonly imagine how she treats her coworkers. Plus the service was very slow we ended up having to order two drinks at the sametime for the reason that they kept on forgetting about us. I was very disappointed I’ve never felt the way I did that night ata res Read more

My husband and I really wanted to like this location, unfortunately it didn't work out that way. The beer selection and food... selection seemed great. We got the brussel sprout appetizer and it was very good. Our entrees however, were not. We both orderedsoups which came out almost completely cold. We also, somehow got charged for three soups, which they later corrected. Wementioned that the soups were cold, they took them away and eventually brought us new bowls out, which were still cold. At thispoint we just gave up and ate what we could. My husband had also ordered the garlic bread that came with soups for what wasadvertised as three dollars more. We were charged eleven, the appetizer price. We didn't contest it because that point we wereover it. We were only offered refills on drinks once, and only my husband for his beer. I was not offered a refill, even when mydrink had been empty most of our time at the table. We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately we were disappointed. Read more

Good food. AMAZING SERVICE. All the employees were very helpful and on top of things, but our waiter, Elisio (I hope I spelled... your name correctly) was fantastic. Constantly making sure we had everything we needed and giving us recommendations for drinks. He felt more like a friend and I appreciate that. I normally dislike brewery food, but this place was delicious! We willdefinitely be back. ???? Read more

First time visiting blast 825 brewery last night, what a beautiful restaurant. Nice layout, good atmosphere. And the food was... excellent! But after the experience we had last night, I wouldnt recommend this place. I don’t leave negative reviews, but Iwas so disappointed with our service. I arrived early to get a table for my party of 3, I was told I could have the table of mychoosing but only after ALL my party arrived (2 whole other people) if I wanted to order food, I’d have to sit at the bar. Ok,weird but I’ll wait outside. Party arrives and we’re told (by the same hostess) we can’t have the table I picked out. Myfriend can barely stand, is using a cane and can’t walk far. So we go looking for a table that would be comfortable for her. Finally find a table. Waited 20 plus minutes to be acknowledged by anyone, and from then on if we needed something we had to getup and get it ourselves. I am a mom, i wait on everyone and serve them. I was really looking forward to going out to eat for thefirst time in years, but we ended up having to get up and ask for everything and I mean everything. We had to ask for drinks, ordering, boxes. Refills. Completely defeated the purpose of going out. We were all going to leave a big tip for whoever wasour waiter. We’ve all been in the service industry and love to make someone’s night and tip big. But there was nobody totip! My advice to 825 would be to train the service staff to be more helpful and more accommodating for people withdisabilities. Not make them walk the restaurant and then tell them they can’t sit where they’d be comfortable and thenignore them until they get up to find someone. But cheers to the cooks, their food was amazing ! Read more

It looks like a mixture between a Western and a Sports bar. The staff is nice and the restaurant itself is big. We ordered some... salads and chicken wings, the sweet ones. The salads were fresh, tasty, clean and huge. The wings were well flavored and cookedthrough. I can recommend this place. Read more

Blast 825 has a variety of menu items including burgers, sandwiches, salads, appetizers and main dishes. The bar accompany menu... includes a good selection of beers and cocktails. We enjoyed the Margarita Sampler which is a unique offering of five differentmargaritas. Our sampler consisted of a Jalapeño Margarita, a Manhattan Margarita, a Lavender Pineapple Margarita, a BlueHawaiian Margarita and a Orange Liquer Margarita. Lunch consisted of the Farmhouse Cobb Salad: Romaine lettuce, cherrytomatoes, egg, blue cheese crumbles, bacon bits and moist grilled chicken. We also enjoyed the Ortega Chili and Pepper JackBurger with red onion, spicy garlic aioli on a toasted brioche bun with killer French fries. The burger was perfectly cooked atmedium rare temperature. A bit sloppy with the cheese and aioli - had to eat with a knife and fork. Maybe have the sauce on theside. Eat at the friendly bar space, interior dining rooms or on the outside patio with the fountain. Restrooms are clean andseveral. Parking is available out front, but shares with another restaurant. Psst the other restaurant is closed on Mondays sothe parking is all yours then. Not a five star because the food is not spectacular. It is good brewery/sports bar food. Friesare thin like McDonald's but more additive! Yummy! Read more
