Ordered a half gal to take home and had to ask the kid to get more raspberries as he was scraping the juice from the empty... container and pouring it all over my ice cream. Still ended up with hardly any toppings in this $20 thing of ice cream. Sad tosay ill never go back to this cold stone. 3 workers yet I had to wait for about 15 mins to order and there was only 1 person infront of me. All of the workers seemed like... they hated life. One in particular was so stand offish and keep giving them looks of I'm annoyed don't talk to me while huffingand puffing. The ice cream was amazing but the customer service was appalling. Read more
I ordered a custom made Mud pie combination with coffee ice cream, brownie, caramel, topped with whipped cream and caramel... drizzle. Delicious! The staff, Angie, was very accommodating, and helpful. Can't wait to come back with my kids!! ???????????? Read more

Love Coldstones ice cream, but SM location has made me a customer for the last time. I've gotten the waffle bowl on a few... occasions and most times the freshness was questionable. This time, not only was the bowl stale, but the ice cream was meltingbefore I could get out of the door. When I tasted the bowl, I went back in and asked the young lady who served me if she had afresh product and she said she didn't. She then said that was the reason why she didn't charge me for it, which I didn't know,because the prices are always inconsistent. I've come to this store occasionally, and there really is a lack of customerservice, and I've ignored the unfriendliness and lack of courtesy, but when you're serving consumable food and the product issub standard, OWNERS should take notice. And she did try to make it right by giving me a store bought waffle cone, of which Ithanked her. I will not usually take the time to write a post on customer service issues, but after reading some of the postbefore mine, I think making things right should be the store owners concern. Read more
The staff was friendly and willing to help with available options. I'm from out of town and went in for an impromptu birthday... cake. The selection for pre-made cakes was very limited (as seen in the photo). The place was dirty and location was empty(except for one man other than myself) during my entire visit. Read more
Always willing to let us try some samples to help my kids decide what to get, and their always friendly when it takes us way too... long to figure out what to mix-in to the ice cream. Limited seating, but great ice cream and a friendly staff. Read more
