Bartender was rude. He was throwing empty beer bottles across the bar into the trash can. I don't think he understands that... breaking glass hurts some people's ears. Quite a hole in the wall, dark and very uncomfortable. Read more

Elmer's looks like an oldtime dive bar from the late 1930's or 40's like Mike's Place in Lompoc. Local hangout for callow under... 35'ers at least for a Thursday evening. By the looks of the front of the building, it looks like the favourite watering holefor old geezers who would have added character & charm to this rustic bar. Maybe by 8pm they're at home all asleep.
