What an excellent little Inn! The best experience we had in the US and triumphs all the big chain hotels we've stayed in so... far. Parking on site, clean and spacious rooms and a friendly Kendall who helped us check in promptly after a long day ofdriving. Definitely a 11 out of 10. Read more

The Wine Stone Inn is so charming and welcoming. I came with my husband for a work trip and was so happy to find this place.... It?s such a warm environment and the only place I?ve stayed at where I felt comfortable immediately. The rooms are cozy andwell-decorated - I felt like I was at home. Big thanks to Gary for always greeting us at the end of the day with a big smile anda glass of cider. I accidentally had way more fun and relaxation than I anticipated on this work trip and it was all thanks tothe staff here. We will be back! Read more

Very clean and everything in the room was new. I couldn't find any signs of wear and tear at all. Very well maintained and the... employees were all in a good mood, unlike other places. It's a cool place to hide and watch football. It's not much moreexpensive than the newer n. Broadway hotels and you get way more perks here. Read more
We loved this place and the staff was incredibly friendly. It was a great location (Orcutt) close enough to several wineries but... still tucked away in a small town. The bar has "managers special" hours from 4 to 6 when drinks are on the house to guests andthere were several really good restaurants nearby, including the original Hitching Post. Our only complaints were that it's timefor new mattresses (in both of the rooms in which we stayed) and one of the bathroom sinks had a sulfer smell that was prettybad. I cannot say enough good things about Wine Stone Inn. It is just as great as the pictures and reviews say it is. We were in... town to visit our son at Vandenberg Space Force Base and got lucky enough to get their last room only a day before our arrival. You will love this place from the second you pull up! They make you feel welcome not just apron arrival, but throughout yourwhole stay. They greet you with a cocktail, have a welcome snack basket in your room, coffee and light breakfast in themorning, and evening cocktails. The room had a balcony with a good view, so even if you wanted to have coffee and read it wasvery relaxing. We Loved this place! Read more
