Low quality, dirty, understaffed, and honestly made me never want to go to another burger king restaurant
50/50 on weither the stores open. Understandable probably due to short staff but standard burger King food.
10 min in line for the grandma and grandson in front of me. They ordered a kids meal and a cheese burger,nothing special. After... I finally ordered, I waited 28 min for my food! No straws for my drink. Overall not real pleased! Read more
Oregon WI, Burger King Waited in drive-thru line for (no exaggeration) 15 min with only 2 cars in front of me. Only ordered a... chicken sandwich because they were out of something else I was interested in. Then when I finally got to the window was toldthat they were out of the chicken sandwich. I understand that things get busy during lunchtime and that you run out of thingsbut to make somebody wait in line for one item when you have a door that you can come out and tell that person that you don'thave that item anymore is unacceptable. I am leaving a one star review because it is well deserved and a horrible experience, ended up leaving was nothing. Read more
I went through the drive through in Oregon, WI. I ordered 1 Impossible Whopper, 2 regular Whoppers and an 8 piece jalapeños... poppers. As I pulled out, I took what I thought was a popper out of the bag and took a bite. It was a chicken nugget!!! Iimmediately spit it out. I took it back in the store and they gave my poppers, which were sitting right there and said they weresorry. THAT DOES NOT CUT IT FOR ME!! I have been a vegetarian for years. When I knew it was chicken, I was disgusted. That wouldbe like giving an alcoholic a glass of wine and told him it was grape juice. With that first sip, all their sobriety would begone. If the staff would have been paying attention, this would not have happened. I feel sick to my stomach - literally!!! I amsure you do not understand my repulsion to murdering animals for human consumption, but I feel angry and a "I'm sorry" is notenough. *** Update 4/27 I received a very concerned and polite email from the head of Burger King in Madison. He totallyunderstands how I felt as he is a Vegan and has had that happened. He will be sending two coupons for any item of my choice. Iwish all companies were as positively reactive as he was. The quality of the food is about what you'd expect from BK. I personally like their burgers, so they haven't really disappointed... me in that regard. The Bacon King is good, and even that new Whopper Melt isn't half bad. The service is slow, unfortunately. Ispent 20+ minutes in the drive thru waiting for my order recently, and it wasn't a busy rush hour or anything. Food it is, butfast it isn't. Read more
I use to work there and it's too racist for me I'm always working while others standing around playing with their phone and the... morning manager always making excuses to back out by stepping out side and then I'm the only b person working there I getmistreated for doing the right thing so I'm given them what they want all whites working there.
