Absolutely great experience, I was waiting in my vehicle when one of the store?s supervisors Hunter Jackson brought me out my... large thing crust pizza with mini pepperonis. I was pleasantly surprised to see him at my car window. Not only is the customerservice great, but that was the best take and bake pizza I have ever eaten. Love papa Murphys pizza but I have now had two experience s with this location that have been terrible. Fort time I ordered a... pizza it took 35 minutes to get my order. Staff kept skipping my order to do orders of one pizza to get those orders outquickly. After asking for the ticket time, they realized I had been there for 35 min. Only to find when I got home that thepizzas were wrong. O gave them another chance and called in my order. I arrived 20 minutes after the order was places to find mypizza was not mad yet. I've been a Papa Murphy's fan for many years. Glad the Oregon store was not my first experience. Twice now I've pre-ordered a... pizza and arrived to find no pizza waiting for me. Last night the wait was long because the store had mishandled the order infront of me and had to deal with that. After finally being served I told Jeff, the store Assistant Manager; three times what Iwanted. I was ultimately offered two pizzas although I had ordered one. Once that was straightened out and I left with thepizza I thought I had ordered... another surprise. My thin crust was not a thin crust at all. Two bad experiences in two visitsis enough.
