The manager is so rude. Complained about me and my friend using a coupon in front of us. If you don't want us to use one, don't... send them out. Rolled his eyes and was very rude. Every time he's been here, he's been like this. The only reason it's 2 starsis because of Lori, she's been there every time I'm they're and she's so sweet, pleasent to talk to, and always very kind. Stopped in last nigh... And man was I impressed!!! First off let me say that the service was absolutely great! ... The... restaurant was very clean... But what really impressed me was the new bread!!!... I'll be honest I was never a big fan ofsubway's old bread... I always said if they could just make they're subs on a better bread they'ed be great... Well guesswhat... They have a better bread now and they're great!!!.... Way to go subway... NAILED IT! This location " is not participating" in the 5 dollar foot long deal which every subway I've gone into is. Kind of annoying. If... your advertising a special it should be throughout the whole chain. Then if you order a wrap it won't stay together becausethey don't know how you wrap them so when you take a bite of your wrap it'll end up in your lap. Staff is fairly nice but coulddefinitely use some additional training on making sandwiches and customer service. And support the same deals throughout thewhole chain if your going to advertise a special. Read more
Logan is an excellent sandwich artist and employee very friendly and helpful also very courteous. However Steven on the other... hand was running the cash register very slowly and voiced his customer frustrations to the customer ahead of me which came offas very rude and is not a good image for your establishment.
