I live Abby's but tonight I had their "taco" pizza for the first time. There really isn't anything "taco" about it. No taco... seasoning, no beans or bean sauce, no sour cream, no hot sauce. not even any Doritos or nacho type chips. Its odd reallySeriously nothing about it other than typical toppings says " taco". Having such fond memories of Abby's. Sad to say they were only memories. Wings were like rubber, salad bar is gone.... Prepackaged salad dressing with salad. Typically the pizza is good - but as I'm Gluten Free and order from an expensive menu, it'd be great if the order arrived... correct. Recently placed an order for my favorite GF Skinny Special and it arrived without tomatoes. After several ordersarriving incorrect, I won't be ordering from here again. Ordered 16 piece chicken at 5pm. Opened the box and the chicken was so dry and old it was like chewing leather. Super irritating... after spending $50 had to get something else to feed 5 kids. Read more

The service was excellent but the pizza is overpriced. We dropped $55 for two 13? pizzas (Hawaiian and pepperoni), 1 bread stick... order, no drinks including tip, and something has changed. There used to be more pineapple and meat on their Canadian bacon andpineapple pizza. It?s been several years since I?ve been to Abby?s too so maybe they have different suppliers? It didn?t standout or make me think wow like I did in the past. The restaurant was clean and there were several large screen TV?s. The boothswere comfortable and again, the service was great. This place has fallen apart. I've been ordering from them for over 8 years. Always the 16 inch pizza. Lately I've taken to... measuring because they keep delivering undersized pizzas. Calling the store the manager argues it's correct because it is theright number of slices. Slices? Well I didn't fail math. Area of a circle is Pi times radius squared. So when you cut two inchesoff of the diameter of a sixteen inch pizza I'm getting less than I paid for. Time to fire the management and retrain the staff.And time to start ordering elsewhere. One of the best Abby's in area. Pizzas are fresh and served in a comfortable and clean atmosphere. Tables and booths! Kudos for... clean and well stocked restrooms. Staff are amazingly friendly. Love the locally inspired decor. Read more
