We enjoyed this location and have had many orders here over the last several years. However lately the quality has gone... downhill. Our last several orders have been wrong but today we found enough hair in our pizza you would think it was made in ahouse full of cats. So of course we threw it out and probably won't be back. While there pizza is good, there service is not. Ordered and was given a specific time that the pizza would be ready. When I... arrived at the specified time I was told "we just got this order and they are still tossing it". I was told it would be anadditional 15 minutes. In all, our order that was supposed to take "20-25 minutes" took 40 minutes. I think they forgot aboutour order. No other pizzas were being prepared while waiting for our order so it wasn't a matter of being busy or short staffedas there were two employees working. Read more

Usually I love my local Bellagios and order from here OFTEN - but the last time I ordered for delivery, I ordered two small... Gluten Free pizzas via the app. Only one was delivered and I thought it was odd and possibly a glitch with the app. I checkedmy credit card statement, and saw that I was charged for both pizzas (over $38). At $17 a pizza, GF is not cheap. I called thestore and explained what happened and they refused to do anything to compensate me or to make it right. Zero customer service. Thankfully my credit card company refunded me for the the additional pizza I didn't receive. I will not be ordering from hereagain. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for years. We moved to Oregon City recently and bought a house and decided on a whim to give this place a try. I love pretty much all pizza... and my wife is partial to only some. We used GrubHub the first time, and have done pickups through their website for the other2-3 times we've gone. We've always picked up the Butcher Block extra large pizza and it's extremely good. Their dough is SO goodand everything about their pizzas is excellent. The service is good and we haven't had any issues. We plan to keep going herefor premium pizza. It's worth every penny. This is by far the best Bellagios locations I?ve been to. They are always early, the pizza is fresh and hot and to boot we just... ordered the cheese sticks without garlic which is not a normal thing and they realized they made the item with garlic andnoticed the mistake and instead of providing something not ordered, they made a larger version the way we asked for it.Additionally the couple of times we?ve had delivery, I?ve had a younger male (reminds me of my nephew) deliver my order he hasalways been so personable, kind and just an all around good person.
