Showed up at 10:30 and they were closed. I don't live near fast food so I had to make a special trip through Oregon city to get... food. Just update your hours to be accurate. It's not hard. Google my business can do it in like 20 seconds. Just go to businesshours amd change it. So frustrating. Read more
These poor kids working the drive thru and the front counter need some help. Our order sat under the heat lamp for 20 minutes... before we got our burgers. The buns were rock hard and the tomatoes burnt my mouth. Two people in the back popping out food. They just needed help. Four people was not enough on a Sunday. The manager needs to work on this. The kid at the counter wasvery nice and apologized for the wait. They were all doing their best. The manager needs to hire more help. Read more

This Carl's Jr. is one mile from my house, so when I'm feeling lazy, I head there. Usually, their food is edible- good but... not great. The last time I ate there I had two sausage egg and cheese biscuits. The price was right and they were filling. The sausage was quite tasty, the cheese flavorless, the egg overcooked and the biscuits were slightly on the crunchy side. Service is a mixed bag, depending on who is working. Sometimes the servers are happy and friendly and sometimes they're not. I assume that it has nothing to do with me. Read more

Yes, these poor employees just seem to have a lack of leadership and training. They are nice enough and get you through the line... fast enough but quality control is gone.... nonexistent. Haven't had a correct order the last five trips and I'm a three strikesyou're out guy. Oddly, I don't blame Carl's Jr... I blame so many other things that we are experiencing in the service industry.
