I?d like to give a HUGE shout out to ?Sam? at the Oregon City location. Without me having known about a small error made in... store while ordering, he called and asked if he could fix it. I didn?t quite understand at the moment on the phone, but when hearrived, he had just about tripled down to make it better for my family. I was shocked & my children felt like Christmas hadcome early in the shape of pizzas galore. For a parent on a tight budget, this was a massive win! THIS is premium customerservice & I let him know that this must be why I?ve read such rave reviews in local online groups about ?the pizza guy with thehuge American flag on his vehicle?. I ordered a medium hand-tossed with pineapple and shredded provolone for my pizza and a pasta with marinara, cheese, garlic and... tomatoes. I submitted my order at 9:21 PM and was about to play a short round of Mario Kart while I was waiting for my delivery.I start up my console, select my character and hit play when the doorbell rings, at 9:36 PM. 15 minutes to prep, bake, anddeliver my order on a Saturday night is insane. Who has 15 minute delivery when everyone is short-staffed on a Saturday? Thepasta. You know how when you cook certain items at home it has that delicious crispy brown edge around the outside? The pastahad it. Not only was it perfectly cooked, the amount of toppings was generous. The garlic was fresh and strong. The cheese andtomatoes perfectly complimented the pasta. I could have closed my eyes and imagined I was tasting something from a fine italianresturant. The pizza. Normally when I order from Dominios I get the handmade pan but this time I decided to go with thehand-tossed and I was surprised at the amount of seasoning on the crust. I could have eaten the crust all by itself and beensatisified, it tasted that good. The proportion of cheese to pineapple was spot on and I ate several slices without that gutfeeling of a lump of dough in my stomach. The price. With prices going up everywhere I find solace in the establishments whereI feel like my money is giving me the best value. Dominios always has the best prices with their coupons and I never feel likeI've overspent and been unwhelmed. Overall. The Dominios in Oregon City goes above and beyond. I've eaten from all of the localpizza shops and our Dominios is consistantly among the best but tonight was on a whole new level. Ate there last night and they knocked it out of the park. The food was all fresh, hot and delicious. I was particularly blown... away by their parmesan garlic wings. They were better than they had any business being. I tipped them well, but I kind of wishedI tipped more. Well done. Read more

Customer service was adequate. Pizza was hot. Unfortunately, this is the second time I?ve spent $17 on a specialty Hawaiian... pizza that had a few small chunks of Canadian bacon and pineapple. I?ll assume there?s a supply shortage. If that?s the casethen don?t charge full price. Read more

I love Dominos Pizza; I'm a long-time customer after being an employee of theirs. I recently ordered a pizza from this location... that lacked a sufficient amount of sauce (somebody likely held the ladle down too hard and pushed all the sauce to the outside).I called them up and they told me to bring the pizza back. Both of the insiders looked it over and agreed that it wasn't quiteright. They gave me the replacement. They NAILED it. They didn't try to overcompensate with the sauce and definitely didn't makethe same mistake twice; The pizza was perfect. Just ordered another one today; Outstanding job. I ordered two medium two topping pizzas with both same toppings. I went to pick up my pizza and the girl at the counter was rude... and not responsive. When I got my pizzas I noticed my boxes were miss shaped and beat up. I got my pizza home and my thin crustlooked like a hot pocket folded in half. I called to complain and there is no manager on duty. The girl that was rude to me toldme we can give you your money back and make a new one. This is not the first time she has been rude to me, but it's the lasttime for me. I will spend my money somewhere else from now on, your not the only company with cheap pizza. Read more

I have loved Domino?s Pizza for just about close to 8-9 yrs and haven?t had a bad experience once yet. Or anything, like a... problem or small mistake that they couldn?t fix or help me with.
