I tried Fives Guys in Brooklyn over 10 years and really enjoyed their burgers fries. This visit was so disappointing. The person... taking care order must have been having one of those days. I felt like it was an imposition to take my order. Though I was thereat noon, it was not crowded. I walked straight up to the counter. Burger was lackluster. Probably needed salt. Bun is nottoasted so I would ask them to do that. Fries although plentiful were again just warm and slightly undercooked. They have a hughfollowing and lots of praise but I don't get it. if you like them, well cool beans for you. I'll stick with my In-n-Out inKeizer and save $5.00 for the same meal as well. Read more

I guess I'm not Willy Wanka, because I can't figure out how to order in this place. Can I get a cheeseburger combo is a totally... foreign language here. The burgers, when you finally get past the random multiple choice exam to order are pretty sloppy andgreasy, but man do those flavors pop. These guys go nuts with their fries, that are also tasty, but even if you order a small, half of them end up in the trash if you're not a competitive eater. The food is really good, but sloppy and wasteful. I eat hereonce every couple of months, and that's enough for me. Read more

Huge and sloppy and fantastic! Juicy, outlandish perfection to stuff yourself with. A little like a dorm cafeteria, but it's not... a place you go for the atmosphere - it's ALL about the burgers! Read more

Sooooo Goooood! As someone who grew up in the South West I'm a I-n-O fan boy. Since the nearest one is in Salem I thought we'd... try Five Guys for a treat. We were not disappointed. Burgers were top shelf, melt in your mouth yum yum. What really takes FiveGuys to the next level is the fries. OMG!!!! We were getting our order to go. We got three burgers and One large Fry. The Frycook made a point of dumping in copious amounts of extra fries into our bag. On the drive home we couldn't help but grabscalding fries out of the bag and devour them. They are perfect! Perfect crisp, perfect flavor (from the peanut oil), perfectsalt. I see no problem ordering nothing but fries from Five Guys. They stand on their own. However, combining the superb friesand top shelf burgers creates a new level of fast food eatery similar to Voltron! Read more

I?ve never been so underwhelmed and disappointed? I?m not sure if they?ve switched ownership or if staff is just not up to par... but the past 2 times I?ve been in for a burger it has been half-a**ed. staff looks unhappy and was rude, my buns were grilledfor only about a millisecond making the finished product a soggy condiment mess, and my burger was bland and unseasoned. Theburger was such a disaster at the end that neither me or my friend could eat the, frankly, wet burger. I?m so dissatisfied anddisappointed I chose to spend my money there? Five Guys used to be my favorite burger place around, I used to consider then#1?now I will not be back. Read more

Prices are decent for the amount of food you get. Was not expecting two patties and that combined with all the ingredients you... can include on the burger had me loving it. The bun got soggy pretty quickly but I'm not sure that's something they or I couldhave controlled. Read more

I really enjoy their burgers. If you haven't been you get A LOT of fries. Ordered large fries to split between two people, it... was too much for us. Just about any topping you could want. Read more
