The K.F.C. on the top of the hill in Oregon city by Safeway is not the place to go. The employees are rude. I went thru the... drive thru and ordered one large seasoned fry. They told me to drive to the other side of the building come in and pick my orderup. Really I was in the drive thru. There was one family eating a meal inside. 3 workers behind the counter. I waited 15 minutesfor an order of frys. I'll never go there again and telling my friends and family not to go there. Read more

This is the third time in about a month and a half that I have been there. I have still not been given a correct order. If they... can't sufficiently staff this restaurant they need to close. KFC has gone up drastically in their price, which I understand, butnot getting the order correct is not acceptable. The manager that was working wasn't the mgr. from that store and he was runningaround "yelling" at the employees. They had a couple of workers call in "sick". I felt sorry for the gal at the window but shewas clueless as to how to satisfy her customers. I think a lot of training is needed here! This restaurant is located in the Safeway parking lot in upper Oregon City. They currently allow indoor seating as well as... takeout and the drive through is open. Restaurant is clean and the staff was awesome!!! There was a family in front of me whichwere not being rude or anything like that but did need more patience and understanding which I definitely feel staff went aboveand beyond with. Staff remained very calm, polite and friendly even when this family had a difficult time deciding and keptchanging their minds. Staff never let them feel rushed or like they were being nothing but the most important thing!!!!!!! Thankyou! Read more
Jacob was fantastic. He had everything prepared for us when we got to the window. 5 stars on this guy. Perfect service, we... even got napkins ,straws,jam,butter and honey,without even asking.
