12/04/22 We understand that your lobby isn't open due to being understaffed--- BUT this is NOT okay. you guys closed your lobby... for people to pay to get food, but open to the homeless? And let them smoke inside your restaurant? Not being able to get lunchis one thing, but looking in the window and seeing an employee standing at the register and not saying anything to this homelessman with a pipe and torch sitting so visible at the table. If you guys close your lobby, close to everyone. Not just pick andchose who can come in. Read more

Go to another McDonald's. Please do not fund poor service. The girl was snotty as she informed us that, "We are closed so... sorry." I paid with the app. All they have to do is make the food. They could at least put something outside informing peoplebefore they drive all the way around only to be disappointed when the lady who exemplifies how not to interact with yourcustomers, rudely snaps that they are closed. The manner with which she was informing people that they are closed was exactlythe opposite of professional. She chose to work fast food as an adult, that would suggest that either she likes people andcustomer service, or is lacking the intelligence to do any other job. I will always love this place. Loved it more when I was pregnant. So now , my son and I....now that he's 8. We enjoy McDonald's... a few times a year. Just to watch calories and attempt a well balanced diet. Not trying to get super sized. ???? Lolz jk. Read more

Health code violation, for the fact they served this burger with the wrapper still on it. You legitimately are not allowed to... serve food like this due to contamination. Someone needs to retrain the staff on their job on this stat. Read more

My wife and I just went through drive-thru. Customer service here is poor, it does not hold up to McDonald's standards. The... staff is too busy goofing off with eachother as evidenced by non-service cross chatter heard through the speaker and also whenpulling to the window. After ordering at the speaker box where I had go repeat myself atleast 4 times, I had to then correct theorder because they put 6pc instead of 10pc. The attendant did not ask if I wanted any sauces with my 10pc order, then afterpaying and asking for sauce on my own (Ranch and BBQ) she didn't even give me the right sauce...they gave me Sweet n Sour. Itseems this is type of treatment is a common occurrence at this location given the amount of 1 star review ls over the lastseveral months. Read more

Not sure why I would even need to say this, but if you're going to double your customer's total because of your mistake, at... least let them know. I ordered an egg McMuffin and a hash brown. They were out of Frappe's at 9:30 AM, so I couldn't get that. Iget to the window and the lady says a sausage biscuit. I don't like sausage or biscuits, so I definitely did not order that. Shetries to fix it and tries to confirm it was a sausage mcmuffin. Again, I don't like sausage, so I let her know it was an EGGMCMUFFIN. She finally corrected the order, but clearly didn't want to take the extra few seconds to correct the pricing. I hadused a mobile code, that brought my total down to $3.00. The employee just threw an egg mcmuffin and hashbrown in a new orderand charged my card $5.90, after telling me $3. Not impressed. Read more

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru yesterday, June 7th, 2022,... and was greeted with a very rude "Go ahead and order." Like, what? What kind of greeting is that? After placing my order, I wasrudely instructed to pull up to the first window. The employee didn't even tell me my total. When I got to the window, theemployee tried to over charge me by $2. Like, hey, I look at the prices on the menu and I know how to add. This employee wasrude, unprofessional, and acted like she didn't even want to be at work. Someone needs to retrain her and teach her aboutcustomer service. I will never go to this MacDonald' s again.
