Went in on Sat. 5/28 late afternoon and the guys were consistently giving great, friendly service to everyone. Good conversation... depending on time, busy, people's interests. They seem great on picking up on those cues and connecting. They make it a point tosay or get names from frequent goers from what was able to tell. I had always heard about pupachinos but my old dog didn?t have the stomach for it. On our way to her final vet visit, I stopped... in at this Starbucks to get her this final treat. She loved it! My review for the Starbucks is for both locations inside the Fredmeyer and the one in the suite outside. I absolutely love love... love their customer service. Just recently, the gals in the outdoor(suite) location were super busy, and they had told me thatthe breakfast sandwich I ordered online was out of stock. They ended up giving me a gift card as compensation, and gave me adifferent sandwich of my choosing!! How sweet!! I was sooo not expecting that, and I would have been happy regardless if theygave me a gift card or not, but they did and I have so much appreciation for that. On another night, I was in the store andwaiting in a line to get a chai latte- the line was long and there was only one girl working. She was so patient, kind, andpersonal with her customers. I?m impressed with how she handled the long line, especially since she had already mentioned thatit was a crazy day in general. These two locations are great, the employees deserve some recognition for their great attitudesand service!! updated: after a year from this review, the barista still doesn?t fill up my cup full to the measurement line. We pay for the... quantity and quality of Starbucks, not of laziness by the barista who doesn?t want to steam more milk to fill the rest of thecup. i ordered light foam, not light filled cup! The barista spills my drink off on the counter by accident but did not fill itup again to the measurement line. I'm paying for the full size drink, not for your laziness for feeling obligated to re-make thedrink. Do not go here for a great coffee drink. Customer services are terrible. Read more
This is probably the Starbucks I go to the most, since it's closest to my house. The drinks are always A++ The employees are... always so sweet. And they always have really good music playing. Read more
Every time I come in here they greet me with smiles and always get my order right. At one point they gave my partner and I free... drinks because the machine declined our card. We came back later and payed for someone else's drinks. I usually get the caramelmacchiato and it's always amazing. Aaron has made my drink a couple of times and he is btly far my favorite. Read more
