I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now, usually about once a year. Over the years I have enjoyed the food, scenery, and... the service. However, this time was quite disappointing. The restaurant has cut a lot of their menu and what was orderedwasn’t great. We got the salmon chowder which was just okay. We got the New York as our entree. We felt that the steak wasvery tough and fatty and not very flavorful. The bread pudding was all bread and no pudding. The whole experience was overalldisappointing. We always came to this restaurant as our anniversary spot but will most likely be looking elsewhere next year. Read more

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful area. A lot of history to the place. The food did not disappoint. The meat just falls off the... bones on the ribs and their BBQ sauce is on point. We had a very nice dinner for our 46 wedding Anniversary. I really enjoyed my halibut dinner and my 2 cocktails. The very best... part was we topped off the evening with the warm bourbon bread pudding! DELISH!!! Great view also. Read more

Just Go! I went for my Birthday and truly enjoyed the experience. We set out on the patio which has an amazing view of the... river????. The stone head trout was devine, I recommend you all try it????. The wine was so good I had to go find it the nextday for home. We have had both lunch and dinner at Stone Cliff Inn a few times over the years and have always found the food to be good. The... patio dining is great during the summer, with a nice view of the river. We recently went for dinner and our visit exceeded ourexpectations. I had the rack of lamb and it was beyond delicious! The other guests in my party tried the steak and the ribs andboth very much enjoyed their food. Good portions and worth the price. Cocktails were tasty, as were the desserts. Several glutenfree options. Our waitress was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent service. Versatile location, works for a familydinner, or a date night. Looking forward to going back sooner than later. Highly recommend this restaurant. Update: We returnedlast night and had another 5-star dining experience. I wish we could have ate outside, but it was still beautiful inside. The view from our table was beautiful along with the view... driving to the Restaurant. Little windy road that brings you to a parking lot that looks to beautiful trees and lush greeneryeverywhere. Large boulders and rocks covered in moss. Pictures don’t do it justice.
