I had ordered online and picked up my own food and when I got home and opened it up I noticed that I had received broken sushi... and it looked like they had thrown the deep fried sushi just into the box. It wasn't even set in there like decently and so Icalled to just make a statement about what had happened. The order was already paid for and I wasn't able to go back to thestore and replace it so that was fine. I wasn't wanting a refund or anything like that. I just wanted to let the employees knowthat they should be checking on whoever is putting the food in the bags to pack them and making sure that customers aren'treceiving literal broken pieces of sushi when I'm paying full price so I called to speak to somebody about it and afterexplaining the situation she was very very short with me on the phone seemed quite irritated that I had even called to explainwhat had happened and turn around and actually hung up on me which is why I am now leaving this review because that was justextremely unprofessional. I myself work in customer service and I would never do that to a paying customer. I am highlydisappointed because this is been a favorite sushi spot of mine for years and this is the worst treatment I have ever receivedfrom this location and I'm honestly not sure if I'm going to be back. Went to eat sushi today at 8:30pm. First time here. First impression is what makes costumers come back. Sushi maker was fast... with great service. Sushi was made fresh to order. Sushi was good for the price. Topping of sushi was good, got the full flavor.The rice needs to be worked on. Rice was a little bland. Bathrooms not very clean. Waitress was horrible, only stop by once tosee if we needed anything. I could see waitress was too busy talking to co-workers. Ginger condiments were pretty empty thatneeded refilling.....Gave sushi maker 28% tip, Waiter on the other hand got 7% tip. I would go back if hungry for ????. But notrecommend to others. I will NEVER eat at this so called ?sushi? place again. The woman running the show is extremely rude, unprofessional and super... FAKE! The food is horrible, low grade quality. When she rung me up-she overcharged me and had no explanation of my platecharges.
