Was completely ignored by staff. Used kiosk to take my own order. Finally asked for my drink 10 minutes after I ordered and... treated like I was a theif. I'm going to give this establishment two stars. I've been here twice in the last three months and both times they heard my order... correctly the first time and didn't mess up my order. Normally the lady makes me repeat myself at five times because she claimsshe can't hear me. (They are located right next to 213.... but she can hear me just fine I turn my car off and everything.) Theyare still the slowest taco bell in all the land. I ordered a Mexican pizza. I rated it a 4 out of 10. Which is high for thislocation. The convenient location and hours are the best thing about this place IMO. Anyone remember the old Taco Bell commercials? "59,... 79, 99. Now run to the border and don't waste time" . Taco Bell was Awesome!! Even though the food is nothing but inexpensivefillers, the price matched what you expected and all was great. The commercial advertised their main prices $0.59, $0.79 &$0.99 because that is what it used to (and basically still should) cost. I give this place one star.. only because I can't do zero. The amount of messed up orders out of this stain of a taco bell, is... utterly ridiculous. Don't door dash or Uber eats this place, because you won't get what you order, or it will be completelywrong. And if you do get food, DOUBLE CHECK your bag before leaving. I never do negative reviews, but the amount of F-ups thisplace does, is ridiculous! Do better. Read more

The OC Taco Bell has seriously gone downhill in the past few years. First, for some reason at the drive-thru you place your... order with some kid sitting on the sidewalk rather than through the speaker where you can look at the menu. So I guess you haveto have the menu memorized or know what you want before you get there. Tonight's visit the drive-thru was ridiculously slow.There was one car ahead of me and I must have waited close to 15 minutes for them to get their food. Then I had to wait again toget mine (although my order didn't take as long). When I got my order back to my house I found it wasn't complete. I called therestaurant and talked to the manager who sounded very unenthusiastic (in general) but explained they were short-handed and weretraining new employees. No offer to compensate me or anything (he did apologize so I'll give him credit for that). I've been abig fan of Taco Bell for a long time but I think it will be awhile before I visit this location again. Read more
This Taco Bell is consistently the slowest fast food establishment within at least a 50 mile radius. It regularly takes over 20... minutes to get through the drive through. This location has been this slow for years. At this point it has to be more than justlazy staff, but incompetent ownership and management as well. You could drive to any other Taco Bell in the Portland area andget your food and drive back before this Oregon City location had your order ready. Taco Bell corporate needs to step in and dosomething about this location. It is pretty bad. Read more
This place is disgustingly gross. My potatoes ???? where so dry and nasty like a fried pork rind like they bin sitting on the... warmer for days and the tacos the meat was worse then dog food just a glob of mush with 4 little strings of cheese and all driedup lettuce and there fountain drinks total water down .honestly I wouldn't feed this to my dog .. what a pity ???? what has thisworld ???? come to not to mention only one of them spoke English sad ???? disgusting food ....I will never ever eat taco bellagain straight garbage ????...
