We go for diet root beer. It depends on what you order. The root beer is the best around but the food is not the best... sometimes. We got 2 mini polar swirls with cookie dough topping. Went out of my way to come to this A&W because it was the only one with dine in. Get to the restaurant and it says that the... lobby is closed. Wanted a burger and root beer float but by the time I drive home 30 miles it will be melted and the food willbe cold. Irritated they couldn't post correct information! Read more
My family and I ordered 2 kids got dog meals and one papa burger meal. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. I had to walk up... to the restaurant, after being asked to park in front of the restaurant, to ask for my food. I wasn?t able to approach the staffor communicate with the staff so I had to knock on a window for five minutes to get the attention of a staff member who was tooconcerned with mopping to help me. I again had to knock, then a staff member, who seemed to be high, came out and asked what Ineeded. I explained I had been waiting for over 20 minutes for my food. He turned and left. Less than a minute later he cameback with my bad of food. When I reached inside the food - all of it- was cold. I gave it back to him and asked for a hot meal.We then waited another 10 minutes for our food. It never came. My husband then approached the restaurant and asked for a refund.The manager came out and asked what was wrong. My husband explained the issue and said he would like a refund. The manager tookmy husbands debit card and disappeared for 10 more minutes. 7 other cars had been served by this point. The 7th car was asked topark next to us. They received their food - a large family meal- in less than 10 minutes. They then got out of their car andapproached the drive up window that was serving yet more cars. He yelled over the ordering cars that he was missing a vat ofgravy. He got his missing gravy and left. At this point my husband went to the drive up window asking for his debit card back sowe didn?t have to call the police. He was told that he would get it back after the manager got off the phone with the regionalmanager because he didn?t know how to do a refund. After 5 more minutes my husband was handed his debit card and cash becausethe manger couldn?t figure out how to do the refund. We will never be going back. Read more
The first time we went here it was good. Been back a couple times since and it hasn't been good. This last time our food was... completely cold when we opened it only a few minutes after getting it in the drive through. The staff did not seem familiar withcurrent promotions. And our fries seemed like they were the last of some that had been sitting in the fryer all day. I want tolike them. And other locations have been good. But I've become increasingly frustrated with this location. I'd try somewhereelse if possible. Read more
Very Poor experience here. This location does an awful job with their food that I have gotten. I was really excited to try the... new donut chicken sandwich. I was really surprised to find that the sandwich alone was almost $7.00 . When I got home andopened the sandwich I was very disappointed to find that the piece of chicken I got should have been worth $0.50. lt wasterribly thin and WAY over cooked. Felt like I was eating chicken jerky, It was terrible and I was already home and could haveonly used the drive through anyways so there was no chance that I would have been able to return it or anything. The service was incredibly slow, they didn't even acknowledge us for at least 10 minutes and we were the only ones in the... building. Once we ordered we went to sit down and couldn't find one clean table and the entire eating area was very dirty, so wedecided to take it home to eat. After another long wait for our food we went home only to find that the food wasn't even cookedall the way, the batter was raw. Pretty good food, not bad wait times either. I am a regular there since my work is just across the street, and I have only ever... had a complaint once (fries that tasted like they had been sitting out on a counter for a couple of hours. It's not a "fast"food joint, but it is always a 10 minute or less wait for your food. Read more
My family and I love this place! Definitely a go to place if needed in a pinch or because the food is amazing. Great staff!
