The worst customer service might as well go somewhere else to eat. The lady working the front had way to much attitude wasn?t... helpful with any questions I had burgers tasted like they just came out of the microwave. Not to mention the ketchup is out atthe dispenser so I went to the front and asked for some she rudely told me it?s around the corner I said yes but you guys areout sue then aggressively gave me the ketchup as I said thank you she just rolled hey eyes and walked away . I did have an accident by spilling a cup. Was going to clean it up and I apologized for it, but a worker told me not too. Had a free drink offer and when I walked up to the register the guy was on his phone for like 10 seconds (the guys attending me... was a 2 year shift supervisor) and then he finally looked at me, didn't say "hello" or "what would you like?" So I just said Ihave an offer for a free drink and just signaled with his finger to show me, he then entered stuff into the computer and saidsomething very quietly and I didn't hear him so I said "sorry, what?" and then he yelled at me "which one to you want!!!." This Burger King is severely understaffed. Even when there is no line, their orders often take much too long to get out. I work... in the connected Walmart, and I see the BK supervisor dump trash in our backroom or use the restroom without washing his hands.He collected fries with his bare hands to serve to customers who had been waiting 10 minutes, and his hands were covered incleaning chemicals. He has been cleaning the lobby for a ridiculous amount of time whilst his poor singular employee runs thebusy register AND food line. ONE person is definitely not enough for that. He could easily save the cleaning for after closingtime or when it's less busy. But instead he leaves it to his employee to take care of everything. And I've been waiting here 40+minutes for my single burger. Hats off to the employee though. She's always so so sweet and pulling long shifts to take care ofcleaning and everything properly. Not usually a big fan of Burger King, but the night I went to this one, the staff was incredibly friendly, even helped me know... what deals were available to save me some money without even asking. Additionally the chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh.Probably the best experience I've ever had at a Burger King. Read more
Came in today. Service is extremely slow. The cashier was too busy talking to some girl and texting while the food sat on the... warmer. Ordered my food at 3:23 and just got it at 3:55. Definitely going elsewhere next time. Read more

So there I was, standing at the counter waiting to order food. Nothing happened. The man ordering my food did not say a single... word to me the entire but instead continued to watch anime on his phone. Maybe he was having a bad day but literally didn?t lookat me once. Also didn?t give you the food but proceeded to place it on the counter without another word. Food came out semi fastbut then the fries were mid. Flies were buzzing around the entire time we were eating. Probably wouldn?t come to this shortWalmart again and eat at this establishment. Read more
