Zupas is a great place to get something light and easy. When I eat out I'm always feeling icky after fast food. This place left... me feeling better than all other places. The food is good but they are so disorganized! They gave our salad to someone in front of us, so we had to request a new one! ... IDEA: Why can't they get a tray or two for each group, have their order written on paper on the tray, then keep a group's ordertogether on the tray(s) for when they pay. You have to repeat your order more than once and keep track of each item until theyfinally put it on a tray. On cooler days, when you order hot food, they put it up on a shelf where it cools, so by the time youget it to your table, it isn't at all hot anymore. Read more

I love Zupas, I think their food tastes delicious which is why my family decided to go here for dinner. The line was... surprisingly small which I was thrilled about! I place the order, nothing super complicated?try 2 combo. I get to the endwaiting to pay for my food and I felt like I was waiting for 15 minutes. The lady in front of me was finally able to pay for herfood and after they finished helping her I again waited another 10 minutes for them to call me over. They finally ushered meover and my order was wrong, so they made me wait (understandably so) for my order and then rang me up. After they rang me upthe individual hung on to my food and started ringing up the next person. Waiting 25 minutes to finally pay for my food when theline was very short and they have what seemed like a million employees behind the counter is tragic. And then asking for myfood. Ok sandwiches and tasty soups. I like the variety of desserts as well. This location is somewhat smaller than others that I... visited. Nice people and friendly location. I like the convenience that this is close to everything. This is a great option ifyou are looking for a quick bite. Price is reasonable but portions are small. Read more
Very short staffed, and although it looked like they were trying to hustle, it took us more than 20 minutes to get served. And... there were only a few people in front of us. I?ve been here lots of times, but this experience truly left a long lasting badimpression. Not to mention in their haste, they forgot several of the basic components of our order (no rolls, no strawberries,missing fruit cups for the kids). Food was okay, they barely filled my sandwich and they didn?t have soup bowls, SOOOO DIRTY! I mean oh my barely any tables to... sit at so much trash all over the floor and tables I mean everywhere, bathroom was disgraceful and disgusting! Read more
Everything here tastes good. The place is clean, the prices are a little high, but I love it here.
