It doesn't seem to matter which location I go to, whenever I risk getting the large fries, I swear they put the same amount in... the bigger box. Second bad experience in a row. I have to have the gluten free options so I order the gluten free bun with gf grilled chicken... sandwich, fries and a shake. Usually they double check with me on the items when I mention them because I pay extra for the bun.I get the items but when I just got home they gave me a grilled chicken....so much for my meal tonight. Two strikes is my badreview time. I usually have good experiences with other chick filas but this one I've had back luck with. Read more

Maybe I'm coddled because I grew up next to the original Chik Fil A in Georgia, but this location is honestly slow as... molasses.... If you choose to dine inside. They will have 6 people outside taking orders for a line that stretches halfway downState street but only a single register open inside the store. Some workers here are faster and quicker than others, some willtake their sweet time taking your order and then you'll have to wait even longer to get your food. One time is accidental, but Icome here often and the wait is usually much longer than I would expect and I think it's because they choose to run the absolutemost minimal crew inside the actual building. We love Chick-fil-A and this location is great! They take your order while you wait in line to make it quick and easy. Their... play place is now open. It also includes a cute toddler area. My 3 year old daughter loves playing here! Read more
For fast food this is the most fresh and appealing. They also have incredible service. Even if the drive thru line is long I get... my food in less 5 minutes or less. I do not know what they are doing but they should offer other food chains efficiencytrainings. If the lines were as long anywhere else I would leave. But here they are so fast a long line is not an inconvenience. Read more
I don't eat much Chick-fil-A. I do not have a usual order there, nor do I have the menu memorized, so an employee traipsing up... to my car and trying to take my order before I have a chance to look at the menu and decide what I want is not helpful. Theorder: Spicy deluxe combo with a diet coke and an autumn spice shake. What I got: Spicy deluxe combo with a root beer and acookies and cream shake. Still tasty. Just not what I ordered. Read more
