My order for chicken nuggets was completely forgotten. I waited 30 minutes before being asked what I ordered.

The service was fast and the food was great. HOWEVER. When the cashier asked my name, I looked down at the display thing and she... either misheard me, or made a wild (but probably accurate) assumption about me because she had entered "Sad" as my name. She didnot give me a chance to correct her. Another employee brought out my food and yelled out "Order for Sad!" People were confused,and I had to walk across the floor to get it while everyone stared at me. It was pretty funny, but it was also rather awkward. Read more

If you're really craving Chick-fil-a drive the extra 15 minutes to get across town. I filled out a survey that got us a free... sandwich. I sent it to work with my husband and they wouldnt take it! He ended up eating a fry and has to wait until around 7pmto eat something hearty. Not even close to the customer service Chick-fil-a is known for. Chick-fil-a is a good pick... just notthis location.
