This place has some serious problems. Have ordered from them several times and just recently in the past few months has gone... extremely down hill. I have found hair in my food, also a frozen uncooked piece of beef in the middle of a salad. I pay forextra dressing every time I order and never receive it. Also I ask for things to be taken off of the salads etc like guacamolebecause I am allergic and they put guacamole on it every single time. The management needs to do something about this issue, andthe issue is mostly with the night staff. I have had way less problems dealing with the day time staff. Read more

There must be some corners being cut on a management level, because my last 4 experiences at this location have been garbage.... The employees are clearly not trained on how to make any of the dishes. I have Thad to remind them to put queso on nachos, sauceon burritos and cheese on salads. The restaurant was clean, and, though the line was long for food, it moved quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful. I... appreciated how when I told the employee I needed a gluten free meal, he changed his gloves and washed his hands immediately andwithout me needing to a say anything more. Wow. I never leave reviews. I didn?t make a fuss about it at the restaurant because my need to not bother anyone really messes... with me. But I ordered a nacho and all I got was a toasted chip bowl. Like honestly, if I was serving that I wouldn?t have giventhis to someone.
