I have given them more than one chance to do better but they haven?t. They always over cooked the eggs. Eggs are easy, I have... asked them for over easy and they come out over hard, sunny side up I get cloudy side down. They cook them at too high atemperature. My friend and I come in frequently and we visit largely for servers Sarah and Skylee. Most considerate and kind. They always... give us such amazing service. Sometimes I watch them and they are running around like crazy doing a million things , but arevery fast and on the ball for sure. A++! Best servers ever! Read more
Services was a little slow but really liked the food and 9 grain pancakes!
I only keep going back to this location because it's close to my house and I regret it every time. The food quality is never the... same as others. Our servers take FOREVER to even ask if we want a refill. Listen I understand places are understaffed but I seethem pass by up to 10 times and never ask if we need a refill. All this while waiting over 1hr for our food. My last server onlystarted doing her job when she overheard me talking to my daughter about sitting there without a drink over 1hr. I'm a personwho tips very well because I understand needs and the things they put up with. She DID NOT deserve a tip AT ALL but yet I stilltipped her $10 because it's who I am. I could tell they were short staffed. Service was slow. One person greeted us, took the order, served, and checked us out. Nice... and efficient but overworked. Pancakes, eggs, and hash browns were great. Fries were hot. My Salmon was awful. Fish was overcooked? like dry and tasteless? and no tarter sauce. Cheese toast was cold and hard. I enjoy stopping here once in a while to enjoy a delicious entre, usually the steak and eggs. Service is decent, food is usually... pretty good. Recently my steak was very well done when I asked for medium. I mentioned this to my server and she insisted that Iget a new steak. 2nd steak was medium well but it was much better than well done. They were short-handed and training someone, but service was horrible. Hour wait-times before seating people when most of their... tables were empty. They basically sent many groups away. When we finally placed our order, other groups who were seated afterwere served drinks first. They ignored people who came in and people who needed to pay. Just poor management and staff planning.Food was still good but we felt they cared more about online orders than the customers in front of their faces. Read more
