Ordered online and it was ready on time. We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 had massively burnt crusts. Not a good find once I got home,... check your pizza before leaving the store! Usually we order delivery from places, someone needs to quality check at thislocation. Read more

DON'T DO DELIVERY - Pizza is good though. I thought this was going to be a one star review, but they did attempt to make it... right. I ordered delivery and it took almost 2 hours - I live about 2 minutes away from the store. The pizza was good despitethe rude delivery guy who asked me for a bigger tip, which I obliged. I received an email the next day with an offer for a freepizza because my last delivery hadn't gone well. I was happy with the attempt to make it right, but I won't be ordering deliveryagain just in case I end up with the same driver. Read more

I would leave 0 stars for 120 N State St in Orem, if possible. I ordered pizza's for a company event and I missed a call from... the store an hour before the delivery. It was from a worker named Kyle saying he needed to ask me some questions about my order.I called back to make sure everything was okay, and the only thing Kyle wanted to ask was about the tip. I set a custom tiponline, but he demanded for it to be increased, because he wanted 20% on a $600 pizza order. I said I felt that was a littleunreasonable, and his tone turned aggressive and he told me "Well then go to a restaurant." He wouldn't allow me off the phoneuntil I gave an answer. I told him I'd think about it just to end the conversation because I felt SO uncomfortable. When Kylearrived with the pizza's he once again demanded, in front of our staff at a company event, that the tip be increased to 20%. Isaid I was going to leave it at the current rate I selected, which was still a decent tip for the service so far. Kyle got veryupset. He was making passive aggressive comments and muttering under his breath as he tossed the pizza's on the table andstormed out. When I opened the pizza's to check, over half of them were burned. I am beyond shocked at the whole thing. Kyle wasvery unprofessional and I've never felt SO uncomfortable with a service experience. He is harassing people to make tips, andshould not be employed with that kind of behavior. I filed a complaint with customer service and never heard back either. Superdisappointing. Read more

I would like the option to give 0 stars. Not only are you unable to order online, when you try to call the store they never... answer. We have tried this numerous times on different days and it’s always the same. One of the times, my husband triedcalling and no one picked up in the time it took me to order online, wait for our pizza to be baked, drive to this furtherlocation, pick up the pizza, and drive home- again no one picked up and yes it was during open hours and not on a weekend. Dominos is one of the more underrated pizza places. They fill a niche in the pizza market that is good for a lot of families but... people don’t realize it. They aren’t positioned to be premium like Pizza Factory or Papa John’s but they are the perfectmiddle-tier offerings. They are far better than Little Caesar’s and only a little more in price. They almost always have adeal for large carry out pizzas that is very competitive. The crust and toppings are noticeably better than low cost options andare definitely good for feeding large groups. Interesting experience. Food was good. Service was a challenge. I somehow placed my app order for tomorrow instead of today. I... tried to call the store and waited on hold with no answer for 20 minutes. I drove to the store. The manager was able to changemy order. He asked if I still wanted 6:00. I asked if he could get it any sooner since I was here. He said it would still beabout 6:00.... Why did he ask? I also mentioned I'd tried to call for 20 min. He looked at me like I was dumb and said, "We'rebusy." Obviously didn't care. Pretty frustrating that I had to drive to the store to do something that took him 30 secondsbecause he couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone. Fast forward to 6:03. App tells me order is ready for pickup. I show upand first manager is not there, new manager is running the show and seems mostly on top of it. I had to wait a few minutes as hewraps up packing another order and training a new employee on how thin crust is cut. No problem. The gal who cooked the pizzasasked if I'd been helped and goes to get my order. She knew the order and when the manager didn't find it right away she toldthe manager she knows she made it and found it for him. This new manager handed me the order and apologized for the wait. He'sfriendly and seemed sincere. If I were rating this store based on the first guy - 0 stars. If I were rating it based on 2nd guyand the girl who cooked- 5 stars. Today I picked up two large pizzas and the crust was hardly any thicker than a thin crust pizza. Except instead of being crispy... on the bottom like thin crust style it was soggy and full of grease. I had carryout, so I drove the pizza back to the store andasked the manager if this was the hand tossed pizza they would present to a regional or district manager on a site visit. Shereplied "Yes unfortunately this is how pizzas at all our locations look right now due to a dough shortage. We were instructed tomake our large pizzas with a medium amount of dough... So your pizza will be thinner". I replied that this was not the productI've come to expect from dominos and she cut me off mid sentence saying "Okay, we're busy and I don't really have time to talk[hear you complain] right now so may I have the receipt for your refund?" I've worked in retail managment, and when a customerisn't happy you don't cut them off and shoo them away if you value their business. I will no longer be eating Dominos pizza.Little Ceasar's "hot n ready" is honestly better than the hot garbage I drove home with today. Read more
