After ordering the pizza was supposed to take 35 minutes. Then it went to 45. Then it went to 55. I called them they said it... would be another 30 to 40 minutes. Then when it was done according to the app I went into the store and waited 20 more minutesbecause they couldn't find the pizza didn't know where it was and they finally found it they gave it to me. Total time an hourand 40 minutes when I was told it was supposed to be 35. I would have ordered something else had I known it was going to takethat long. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA HERE if you?re wanting any customer service. I had a terrible experience here 3 years ago and committed to... never do it again, today I thought I?d give them any other shot. I ordered 3 medium 2-topping pizzas today and when I arrivedthey were ready and prepared, but the lobby had 13 customers waiting to be helped ahead of me. I politely asked a line worker ifI could grab the pizzas myself next to the register, she looked over to confirm they were paid for, then walked over to grabthem for me. After having the pizzas in hand the manager told her to put the pizzas back on the shelf and told me I had to waitin line. I get there?s a process, but if you have 4-5 sets of pizzas ready for pick up and there?s not someone to give them outas they?re ready, you?re running your pizza business wrong. I estimate I would have been in line 40+ minutes based on what Iobserved over the next 5 minutes in line while my pizzas continued to get cold. *Update* This location was doing so great, and then suddenly the time it takes for them to make our orders is much too long.... What happened? Who got fired? Why does it take so much longer now? The pizza tracker for delivery is useless too, as it doesn'treally tell me when my pizza is expected to be done. Which I feel is an important piece of information. Then for pick up(carry-out), we went to pick up our order at the time it said it would be ready for pickup, and we had to wait over an hour toget it!! People were walking in and ordering and walking out too. Man...if I already paid, I should have priority over walk incustomers. You already took my money. C'mon Domino's. Get it back together again. *My original review:* This location alwaystakes care of us. I really don't know why the rating is so low; they have been honest with their delivery service, and ifsomething is wrong with my order they have given me a free pizza which has been extremely helpful for me as a parent. Always amazing! I can count on dominos to make my pizza and make it right. Their are very little places nowadays that are... consistent and just always do it right and this dominos is one of those places! I love their environment! It?s always friendlyand just super upbeat! They have a whole set up for kids to be able to watch them make the pizzas! They are open late as welland always make big catering orders without question! This domino's has really gone downhill ever since Kellen was removed as manager. I can count 3 instances this location has... forgotten toppings and garlic crust on my pizza. Pasta bowls are only half the quantity that they used to be (I used to work atthis location so I know how things are supposed to be). Wish I could give this store a higher rating since I last worked there,but really this location has gone downhill from what it used to be. I'm not sure who the current Manager is but I hope they canfind a new one that brings this location back to it's former glory. Read more
Got a pasta bowl and honestly, it was the saddest pasta bowl from a Domino?s that I?ve ever seen. Can?t do bread bowls for one,... but that wasn?t even the issue. It was only half the bowl, a good section of it was burnt, and I?m kind of glad it was for my1.5 year old because there was still enough for her to have a decent meal. Definitely not enough for an actual adult. The pizzaswere great though, but this rating is solely for the pasta bowls. Extremely disappointing. Update: My daughter didn?t even eatmuch of it. I had to get her something else, which was really weird because she loves pasta bowls usually. Read more
I realize that on a week like this I ne many people are waiting long times for pizza.. I ordered just after 5 pm, online it said... 39 minutes which since I have ordered through domino's before I knew wasn't true.. after an hour I got the notification that thedelivery was complete. No delivery, so I called. They said that basically they are completing orders as they go out now ratherwhen they were delivered to keep up with expectations of the corporate. Wait 10 minutes. Waited 20 then called no answer, waited another 10 and called again. I was put on hold, no joke, 20 minutes. Called again and the guy answers to tell me it wasdelivered. I explained I was the one that called 40 minutes ago and was told to wait 10 min. It's still not here.. he gets backon the phone and tells me he will cancel it. No apology, no care, nothing.
