Absolute WORST Dominos location I?ve ever been to. Please please read the reviews, and do yourself a favor by never ordering... here. I really like & frequently buy dominos which I?ve in multiple states, and this is by far the most garbage, unprofessionalone I?ve ever been to: After having to come back again an hour after my pickup window, I stood in the front desk for minutesbefore calling to the back for someone to grab my finished pizza for me. A young girl grabbed it, thrust it at me, and veryrudely said ?here.? I calmly let her know that it wasn?t acting professionally, and she basically told me she didn?t give a ****and said I should just leave. I told her she was being very rude to a paying customer after which she condescendingly shooed meout with her hand. I?ve worked in fast food services myself and never would have dreamed of treating a customer like this. Byfar the worst customer experience I?ve ever had at any business (not just fast food). I still love me some Dominos, but I?llnever be ordering from this location ever again; I 100% recommend you do the same. Also, if the owner reads these reviews,you?ve got a massive problem on your hands; just take 5 min to read a few more reviews. You need new managers, new employees,and/or much better training to turn your store around. Best of luck. Read more

We ordered pizza from the mobile app. After arriving when suggested and waiting outside nearly 15 minutes until after the pickup... window, I went inside to see if anything was wrong since the tracker was still on ?Prep?. The staff told me unapologeticallythat there were still 40 pizzas ahead of mine and that it was going to be at least an hour before my food was ready. I had nochoice but to refund the order and return to my hungry family without any food. The mobile app should definitely be fixed tonot act as if the wait will only be 30-45 minutes if the real wait time is beyond two hours, and it was disappointing that thestaff was so defensive and unprofessional when I was going out of my way to be courteous myself. I?ve been ordering from this location for 2 years. Consistently get orders wrong or forget items, delivery often takes 60-90... minutes, food is often burnt, if you call you?ll be on hold for about 15+ minutes before someone answers, etc. This is theWORST Domino?s I?ve ever been to. Like, it?s so bad I actually felt compelled to write this so other people will feel encouragedto buy from a different location or company altogether. Today, my delivery arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, Imade an order for a M pepperoni/onion and a L specialty buffalo chicken. I ended up being delivered a M Alfredo pizza withmushrooms, chicken, bacon, etc and my specialty pizza arrived burnt and without any buffalo sauce. I called the store, and afterbeing on hold for 13 minutes, the call was disconnected or they hung up, I don?t know. I wasn?t even rude, I just asked if Icould come in-store and exchange this Alfredo abomination for my pepperoni pizza. But whatever, I guess I?m having Alfredomushroom pizza for dinner because it?s not worth the hassle. The store probably needs new management or employees that aren?t16. I?m a pretty easy-to-please guy and I?m not one to complain, but this location has been f?-ing up my orders on a regularbasis for months. Unfortunately, ZERO stars is not an option. Our Autistic son loves Domino's; so, we order from here when we get pizza. Almost... every single time there is something wrong. This time, two pizzas were obviously and horribly burnt. My husband tried to get itfixed online, but when he clicked he didn't want either of the options offered, the complaint was basically erased andreset. Now, I have two children that don't get to have pizza tonight b/c this Domino's obviously doesn't care about customerreviews. From now on, we will happily pay more to get Papa Murphy's and not order from this place again. Read more

Please. Please. Please order from another location or just go to Papa John?s. Listen to the 100+ 1 star reviews. I don?t know if... it?s the management or just a group of humans that has zero concept of time management. I can safely and non-dramatically saythis is thee worst dominos location on planet earth. After ordering from this location almost a dozen times, and not having asingle order done on time or correctly is just tragic. Why do we keep trying? Why do we keep giving them a chance?! It?s liketorture. Your order will sit in the prep mode on the app tracker for at least 30-40 minutes. Or until you call them orpersonally walk in, and ask yourself. Then they will tell you it will be another 20-30 minute wait. The staff is not apologetic,they just want to cancel your order. That?s all they want. They don?t want to make you pizza. I don?t even know if they know howto make pizza. Someone at Dominios HQ, please do something. The people of Lindon, and north Orem are begging you. Fix thisterrible location! This location seems to intentionally "misplace" or "lose track of" orders when they get busy so they don't have to make it.... There's no other possible reason for the consistent problems. No other location has given us this much trouble. Four times in arow (all different days of the week) they've been over 90 minutes late and they only give excuses and false promises to have itdone in the NEXT 40-60 minutes. Which, of course doesn't happen and we have to cancel our orders. We ordered 6 pizzas 8 HOURSahead for our daughters 5th birthday party for window pickup. We arrived on time and were told it would still be ANOTHER 1.5-2hours before they got to our order. WE WERE AT THE STORE TO PICK IT UP! Why not tell people ahead of time? Our daughter andparty guests got to eat salad for the party dinner. Tonight we ordered just 2 pizzas for delivery and the same thing ishappening again. 2 pizzas ordered at 5:45pm doesn't take until 8:45 to make. In the "prep" stage for 2.5 hours?? I don't care ifwe're the 14th order, it doesn't take that long to make pizzas. It just doesn't. Most of my working career has been in foodservice, including managment of busy fast food joints and restaurants. This is a store-specific problem, not a problem of toomany orders. Don't give time commitments if you NEVER even get close to hitting them, and if you can't keep up with your orders,DON'T ACCEPT MORE! People are waiting to eat their meals for hours longer than we're told. It was our children's bedtime beforethe pizza was finally in the oven. Don't just ignore orders to save labor. People are paying for pizza. By accepting the order,you agree to make it. So make it! And do it on time once in a while! Over half of these reviews are 1-star, complaining mostlyof the same things! I?m pretty disappointed, after the first incident, of delivering an hour late, they credited me a free pizza which was nice. So... I didn?t leave a review. But now there are THREE more instances where when I picked up the free pizza credit, I waited 20 minfor them to find my order because no one could find it. Then turns out that the name in the system said cliff instead of Chris.So apparently they fixed it and apologized and they gave me another credit for free pizza, which was appreciated. I went todayto pick it up, also requesting to add sausage and AGAIN they could not find my order. I then had to tell them it was probablythe same old situation as last time, did they now find it after I told them. The employee then stated that the name can not befixed ???? So now from now on imma have to say my name is cliff for dominos to get the order right?? This is so annoying. Notonly did they take over an hour to deliver pizza the first time, then couldn?t find my order the 2nd and 3rd time, but now alsoforgot to add sausage. I understand mistakes happen. Which is why the first time was excusable but once it happens EVERY time.It?s pretty disappointing. I hope they get better management and a better system. Read more
