Took this coupon to el pollo loco and they said it wouldnt work and there was nothing we could do. Our order was $5 more than it... shouldve been and the employee at the drive through window gave terrible service and didnt do anything to try and make up forit. Read more

Good food. More pricey than I remember and no BBQ beans
Food was ok. Maybe I'll have to try their burritos someone to see if those are good, but their chicken had nothing unique about... it. They ran out of chicken legs but didn't tell us until our order was ready. That would have been nice to know when I wasplacing my order. Read more
It?s no pollo tropical but it?s not bad. The avocado sauce is fire tastes really good. Awesome helpful staff here very nice... women at the front. Nothing special about the chicken seasoning wise, rice and salad were great. The guy cleaning the tableswalking around accidentally hit me with the trays, don?t think he noticed but glad he?s working here very friendly dude. Read more
El pollo loco is one of our favorite places to get a quick dinner for the family. I their chicken is absolutely delicious, it?s... cool to see how the staff cooks it in the fire. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and quick tocomplete our order. They have great Halloween decorations in their lobby. Read more
Been here before usually the food is good. These last couple times I?ve been here the food isn?t so great. Chicken pieces are... small. A little burnt, I got a 3piece and the pieces barely had any meat in them. They were over cooked and skin plus outsidelayer of chicken were burnt. Chips& guac normally hit the spot.
