The burgers are really good, even though I feel they are quite overpriced. But my most recent experience was soured by extremely... slow service. It took 26 minutes from the time I ordered my burger to the time they delivered it. I only stood in line behindone person, so it was perplexing to have to wait that long for a burger. I've gotten my food faster at a sit-down restaurant. Read more

Super delicious. Kinda pricey- but it's good quality. For 2 burgers, 2 small drinks and 2 small fries (which were pretty big... cause they pour a massive extra in the bag) was about $39.00 Staff was quick and friendly! Read more

My fries weren't ready when I showed which is fine but then she put them down in the fryer and just didn't come back so I sat... waiting maybe ten minutes. The employee who did notice my fries burning was just confused and then didn't offer me new frieswhen I explained to him what was happening. So I ended up with a cold burger that had been sitting for 15ish minutes and burntfries that had been cooking for 10. Don't walk away while you're cooking something. I'd get written up for that where I work.Last time they just didn't put any of the toppings I ordered on. So I paid for a little bacon burger and got a patty with bread.Issues are just becoming consistent with five guys. Read more

First time eating there for me. The food was ok. For me it wasn't good enough to justify the expense. The fries were really... salty, and the drink price was high. It was clean and the staff is friendly and did a good job, but I will probably not eatthere again. Read more

Good but expensive. Got fries and burger. You can build your own burger.

I'm gonna say right now that Five Guys is a must for any burger lover. They don't skimp on the patty size. It's cooked to... perfection with a juicy texture that is anything but ordinary. Plenty of each of the classic toppings that you're familiar with. The fries are what I would classify as "steak fries" given their larger nature. Not too soft, not too hard, just right. Frysauce comes standard and adds a extremely satisfying amount of flavor.Their chocolate shakes are a dream come true and help tobalance out the hot food with a delicious cold dessert. Peanuts are available as a snack to munch on as you wait for your meal.Prices are definitely higher, but what you're paying for is quality. Read more

Love the 5guys burgers. Fries are thick and with peel on. Not like steak fries, but thicker then, McDonalds or Wendy's. They... serve really good shakes at this location. Read more

The food is good, but it's a little pricey. I wouldn't eat here regularly because of the price. My chicken sandwich was 16 bucks... after taxes (not including tip) and came with no drink or fries. Was it tasty? Absolutely. Was it $16 tasty? No. Read more
