I normally love Jersey Mike?s, but today I came in to order a take-out order, and after driving all the way back home found out... that my sandwich was made completely wrong. That?s fine ? mistakes happen! But when I drove back the staff was pretty rude anddidn?t even apologize, or do anything to help me. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience to remake my sandwich like itwasn?t a huge inconvenience to me to make two trips. disappointing experience. Read more
I stopped in yesterday to this establishment to get a sandwich. A friendly young lady named Elizabeth greeted me and took my... order. As she was preparing my sandwich she asked how my day was and was so sincere in her inquiry. I told her my dad was in thehospital and I was having a rough day. She continued to talk about me and expressed her apologies. When I went to pay, she toldme that the sandwich was ?on her.? It made my entire day knowing someone took the time to ask about me personally and thencomped my meal. I had never been to this restaurant, but I will definitely support them in the future! I just ordered 12 subs from this Jersey Mike's today. Tyler was personable, sharp and helpful on the phone. The sandwiches were... done perfectly to order. I havent gotten a sub with this kind of quality, deliciousness and generous portions for years from anyother sub resturaunt. Everything was freshly baked with fresh ingredients. Jersey Mike's has some of the most amazing, scrumptious sandwiches! The Italian is a family favorite and we always have to get... it Mike's Way. If you're burnt out on subway or another sub sandwich place, this is definitely one of the best! 10/10 wouldrecommend. Read more
I know everyone is short on people these days but I ordered on their app and it gave me an approximate time it would be ready. I... showed up at that time and went in. After about three minutes they finally asked what the name was for my order. They said thathad not started on it yet and motioned to the long line. Surprised by this I said we ordered it on the app fifteen minutes ago.(I would assume it would be close at least) The kid behind the counter said to me that they ?have been busy the last fifteenminutes man?, again motioning to the long line. I guess that means that when you place your order online you are not put inline? They get to you when they want to? People there in person waiting in line are more important? Food is good so I give ittwo stars for that. It?s too bad we don?t have the technology in place that can tell you when you place the order online if youreally are going to get your food in time. So I told him I would go wait in the car another fifteen minutes and check back inwith him. Since they gave me fifteen minutes with nothing to do I figured I would write this review. Sad thing is if he wouldhave said gosh sir I am so sorry we are busier than usual and your order is not ready yet, we will get right on it but pleasegive me ten more minutes - that would have been good enough for me. But instead I got ?we have been busy man?. Just event backin and asked if it was ready yet. Kid said ? no we thought you left left? I said why would I do that? I told you I would be backin in fifteen minutes. He said ?I didn?t hear you?. I said so that bag right there with my name on it does not have sandwichesin it. He looked and said oh yes I guess it does. I said you don?t know, aren?t you the boss. He said no and pointed to someoneelse. Pretty decent sub restaurant. All of the deli meat is cut fresh to order. I typically get the Turkey Provolone.
Love this place ! Sandwiches are fantastic and the employees are really cool. The big kahuna is so tasty ???? would eat it... everyday. The girls with the red glasses too, ???? yes ma'am. Good looking and hard working crew! Read more
