Donuts are great. Staff not so much. Always have to wait at least 10 min to be helped. It's okay if they're busy, but they... literally look over and don't even say anything. They least you could do is say "I'll be right with you". They're also alwaysout of a lot of the special donuts. It's always only this location too. Read more
Best donuts and best service. Workers are nice when you?re in the drive-through and when you?re dining in. If you have kids you... should bring them in because then they can watch the donuts get made. Usually we are just hungry and use the drive-through andwe get our donuts in a timely matter. Read more
Pretty great place they have some of the best donuts always! You gotta come when the donut light is turned on outside so that... you get the freshest donuts. It?s super cool to be able to watch them make donuts as well.Very kid friendly place and prettywell kept. Only complaint I have is they messed up our order and gave us only half of our donuts but they were willing to fixthings real quick for us it just took a little extra time to get things worked out. I kept coming back since they had free donut with vaccinated covid card campaign back month ago. I would stop by this Krispy... Kreme to get assorted dozen of donuts whenever i went to Orem city. I ate half of dozens of those freshly hot and glazed mouth-watering donuts in the car. If you're lucky coming at the moment with "hot donut light" on, you'd get hot fresh donuts or elsecold donuts but still taste delicious. I loved original and filled ones but glazed lemon filled donuts stood out. The reason Ipicked the glazed lemon filled because most glazed donuts were so sweet and little sour taste from lemon would balance out mytaste. Anyway, Krispy Kreme has best hot donuts, melt the sweet in your mouth. The originals and lemon filled are my favoriteand little warning to all: so tempting to eat just one. Read more
So, (almost) everyone loves donuts... But there is just something to extra special, about the Krispy Kreme donuts... They seem... to be made better. And our lighter and fluffier. There is nothing wrong with the donuts from the grocery store, but, the donutsI ordered from here were just a little bit better. I decided to be nice to the cashiers that I work with, and so I bought thema dozen donuts; I also bought a dozen donuts, for some of my other coworkers... And while I was there, I got a cinnamon bunlatte. I have the app, and on the app it gave me a coupon, for buy a dozen donuts, and get a dozen for a dollar. I set it upfor pickup, and it went relatively well. But, when they handed me my order, they didn't pay attention to that I had also orderedthe cinnamon bun latte. ... So, they did what they could to make it. But, there were a few issues with the machine, so I endedup waiting a few minutes, for them to get everything sorted out. Don't get me wrong, the cinnamon bun latte was quite amazing,and I was impressed by how great it was, but a little disappointed that it wasn't ready on pickup, and that I had to wait....Even though I had pre-ordered a few hours in advance. All in all, I'll be sure to visit this location again, and I willprobably order the cinnamon bun latte again, but I'm slightly disappointed that they forgot about it from my first order. Read more

I love their donuts and watching the machine make them is so fun! I remember going as a kid to watch the process and now we've... gone with our kids. Such a fun family memory! They even gave us free samples of the glazed raised donuts we'd seen be made. Ihighly recommend going inside, especially with kids, though you do need to make sure the "Hot Now" sign is lit on the outside.Otherwise, the machine won't be running. Read more
