It's a little ceasers, they have never been known as the best place to get pizza. Just the cheapest. With that in mind I will... say the pizzas are getting a little to expensive for what they are. It's about $6.79 to get what used to be their $5 pizza.While it is still cheaper than other places I would just buy frozen pizzas from a store and bake them myself. Some are under $3for basically the same thing. But if you need cheap pizza fast and a lot of it for like a party, this is definitely a good placeto go. Read more

I've already seen 3 online order refunds, one in dispute at the time of this posting and about 10+ people walk outwithout ordering, due to the waiting time. A possible solution may be a bigger oven? Fairly fast and decent options of doughy yet cardboard pizza. Deep dish has been undercooked and doughy 4/7 times ive ordered... it. The lady behind the counter is serious short-order waitress from emperors new groove energy and super nice so a star justfor her she was awesome. I wish the pizza was as good as I remember, Or at least cooked. Read more
We ordered 3 pizzas and crazy bread and got a text that said our order was ready. When we presented the text the teenager... behind the counter said ?I don?t know what?s going on.? He went to talk to his manager as tons of pizzas got handed out for anhour in front of us. We talked to them several times and said we haven?t gout our pizzas and ours wasn?t ?ready yet? howeverthey continued to hand the very pizzas out that we ordered. After repeated futile attempts the manager finally came over andwithout any apology finally ?found? our order. A reminder we had already shown them proof of purchase three times. The managersaid she could give our money back or make new pizzas which would be ready soon. No apology or free drink or any sorry oranything after a full hour wasted on poor customer service. We had a company party that the food arrived 1.5 hours late to. Iget that there?s Covid and things are tough but there?s no excuse for bad customer service and then doing nothing to make up forit. I wasn't impressed with the service this day. They told me it would be about a 14 minute wait for my order to be done today and... I was sitting there for over 40 minutes waiting for my order to be done. It was only 2 deep dish and cheese sticks. But yetseveral people who can in after me left before me. It seemed like my order was done multiple times but they sent it out withdelivery then had to make it over again. Read more
The last couple of times I?ve tried to get pizza here it?s always been a wait most recently I was trying to get a thin crust... pizza. They told me that that and the breadsticks would be a 25+ minute wait. I get that it gets crazy and all but I just wantto get in and out and the fact that I would have had to. I keep telling myself that it's because of supply chain issues and inflation. Even though prices keep going up I tell myself... that it's still good pizza, it's worth the price, it's cheap and fast. I used the app to order and was told I had to wait 45minutes for my order to be ready. That's fair to me and I expected that. When I received the notification that my order wasready and in the pizza portal, with a number, and a claim code, I went in to get it. This is after 45 minutes. When I enteredthe store, however, they hadn't even started on my order and said it'd be another 30-40 minute wait. What the heck? I canunderstand of you're short staffed and it takes a while. But tell me that before I wait an hour AND get told my pizza is readyand in the pizza portal. The only good thing about this experience was that I got a refund very quickly. Read more
This is the second time I?ve gotten pizza from this Little Caesar?s and it?s been undercooked? and I mean, doughy. A couple... days ago I went in and got a Detroit Deep Dish? when I went outside to my car and opened the box to see how it looked, it hadpractically no sauce, and one of the pieces was almost completely charred, no dough underneath the cheese. And it was completelymisshapen. So, I went back in and asked them to redo it.. about 15 minutes later, they came out with another one. This onelooked better. After going home and eating some, parts of the pizza were fine, while majority was doughy. Seeing as this isn?tthe first time this has happened to me, and my sister has had the same problem before, I will never get pizza from this LittleCaesars again. Read more
