Had an awful experience. Won't be going back. Have been here many times and until now had great experiences. They really don't... care about the customer any more, and seem totally focused on the bottom line. I was ordering a group meal and asked aboutsplitting the meat option. Even offered to pay extra. They said absolutely not. It doesn't make sense because I wasn't askingfor extra, and it would have cost them less (because I was asking to order the less expensive option). But instead of being theslightest bit flexible they said no. They even called the manager, who confirmed that they wouldn't budge an inch to make acustomer happy. I have been here so many times, and have got catering from here. I can tolerate a lot, but asinine businesspractices, especially ones that only serve to hurt the customer, are just too much. My husband and I go here all the time, we love the food here. However, tonight when we went, my husband realized as he was... eating his teriyaki steak that there were many pieces that were still pretty much raw and rubbery. He ended up having to tossmost of it and now we?re worried about what he ate and hoping he doesn?t get sick. Hoping someone from this location sees it sothey can make sure this doesn?t happen again! Great food! Their staff is Friendly and service is quick. Drive through is nice and quick service. I love their POG, delicious... meats, and Mac salad. You really can?t go wrong with anything on the menu. Portions are very generous. It?s nice to have alittle taste of Hawaii here in Utah. My favorite meats are the kalua pork and peluhu chicken. I am a huge fan of Mo' Bettahs. They're pork is so delicious and they have a bunch of really good sauces that you can try. Plus,... no one makes their macaroni salad as good as they do. Read more
Absolutely loved it! The Miniplate was more than enough to feed me! The staff member was really helpful in recommending some... good dishes! The food was hit and fresh.. I ended up going with the local favorite and I don't regret it! 10/10! Read more
The food here is FANTASTIC! Just the smell alone will have you drooling... the prices are fair and the service was quick. The... people Helping us were genuine and fast at what they do. My favorite restaurant for Hawaiian food. I personally love the teriyaki best - great flavor, cooked perfectly every time - but... the katsu chicken is also excellent. Their mac salad doesn?t taste like straight mayonnaise, it is the only Mac salad that Ilike. I?ve tried a few different Hawaiian restaurants - Mo Bettahs just can?t be beat. Read more
