The worst. I ordered through the app and it confirmed my order and took my money and when I arrived to pick up my order they... were closed. It wasn?t even 5:30 pm on a weekday night. They aren?t supposed to close until 6. Ridiculous. Now I can?t get arefund. Read more
I work on campus and went over around 1 pm for a lunch break and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 3 workers talked. I... asked if they were open and one of them very rudely replied they were then turned his back to me to continue his conversation.Stayed there a few minutes longer and was completely ignored. I've been going to this Panda Express for a couple of years now, and it is by far the best one I've been to. I've been to many... Panda Expresses around Utah, and several out of the state, but this one beats them all. Even when they are extremely busy, thestaff is kind and efficient. I get my food quickly everytime, and everything is fresh and tasty. Many other Panda Expresses I'vegone to are slower and worse quality, even when they are not particularly busy, but this store is almost always consistent. Onoccasion, some of the food is slightly less seasoned, or doesn't have the correct ratio of ingredients, but that doesn't happenvery often. This is easily the best Panda Express I've ever gone to.
