I work on campus and went over around 1 pm for a lunch break and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 3 workers talked. I... asked if they were open and one of them very rudely replied they were then turned his back to me to continue his conversation.Stayed there a few minutes longer and was completely ignored. I've been going to this Panda Express for a couple of years now, and it is by far the best one I've been to. I've been to many... Panda Expresses around Utah, and several out of the state, but this one beats them all. Even when they are extremely busy, thestaff is kind and efficient. I get my food quickly everytime, and everything is fresh and tasty. Many other Panda Expresses I'vegone to are slower and worse quality, even when they are not particularly busy, but this store is almost always consistent. Onoccasion, some of the food is slightly less seasoned, or doesn't have the correct ratio of ingredients, but that doesn't happenvery often. This is easily the best Panda Express I've ever gone to. Need to improve your availability and customer service. You never have brown rice even though it is an option on your menu. I... asked the girl serving me for brown rice and she snapped at me ?we don?t have that here!? Then why have it on your menu? Youneed to provide healthier options and your staff needs to put a smile on and give better customer service. Customers deserverespect. When I called to speak with the manager no one answered the phone. Hire more people if you?re too busy to answer thephone. Definitely room for improvement. Read more
I frequently go to this Panda because of school. They are really fast, and I have never had to wait longer for things that were... out. They were able to get it ready just before they ran out each time it's been close. The staff is friendly and speedy. Makesfor a great experience. They also take Samsung pay so that's also a plus. The manager is very rude. I have a gluten allergy and just wanted two entrees. The manager was very rude in telling me ?no?... given I have done this at many other pandas before. She was going to charge me full price 7.20$ for two entrees even though Iwould be only getting just two entrees and no sides. She was very short with me and non accommodating. You know what yourgetting when you go with Panda Express when it comes to there food. This is strictly the service. Even though their food is notthe best quality I would atleast expect some polite service. This should not be the common practice here. Read more
