The worst customer service ever!!! Incompetent, moronic employees who shouldn't even be close to being in a service job, but are... better off as drooling animals on leashes not to be anywhere near the general public. One of the locations near my residencelikes to close more than often, so I took the liberty of placing my order at a separate location. THIS location. Hoping it wouldincrease the odds of actually getting a delivery. It was one of my biggest mistakes. First off, a friendly-sounding lady calledwithin 5 minutes to verify my location. Simple enough, and it was done satisfactory. She wished me a great evening and "we'llget this order right to you." Within 20 minutes, I get a second call. This time from a snarky-sounding guy in a snarling tonesaying that my order was CANCELLED and "we don't deliver to your place." I started to explain that the lady who called beforedidn't seem to have a problem with my location. He grumbled something about "getting a refund". I tried to ask why this ishappening because I was pretty hungry and hoping for this food rather than having it cooked up and then chucked away at the lastsecond just because they changed their minds. The guy wasn't listening, and he hung up on me. I called back to get anexplanation, just to get a lady who had a very poor understanding of English and was saying a jumble of mixed words and phrasesthat couldn't be understood. I asked for a manager, the call was terminated again on the spot. Two more times, I made a call.Both times, a computer intercepted my call, droning on and on for several minutes about Pizza Hut propaganda, BOTH times endingthe call at the end of each computerized speech. By this time, I remade my order at a closer location, which surprisingly tookmy order and DELIVERED it this time. If I could give zero stars I would because I felt like they gave Zero Fkzzz about my pizza. Placed an order for delivery with... tip and waited over an hour from delivery time given. Called multiple times no response from the store. Called customer serviceand they said the order had been dispatched. Waited again and nothing. Got up and went to the store just to learn that thedelivery driver was in that moment barely leaving. Lies lies lies. Asked for a refund and they couldn?t do it, had to callcustomer service once again to file a complaint to see if I can get my refund. Robbery. No pizza and no refund as of now. A couple weeks ago we had awesome pizza, it was only 15 minute wait so i decided to order delivery this week. Been waiting for... an hour now since it was supposedly out for delivery. No phone support, it just hangs up on you automatically after a coupleminutes of hold ads. Read more
Wow, they finally admitted it. Just ordered pizza hut and on top of the 5 dollar delivery charge they wanted me to tip on top of... that. So I gave 3 dollars. They promised to give me a credit for 20 dollars cause they forgot my order last time. So I wasthrowing them a bone. I called the store and they said they pushed my delivery from their driver's to door dash. No one againknows where my order is and I asked her why they pushed my pizza to door dash. She told me it was because of my tip. Well Itipped 5 dollars last time and I still never got my pizza. What is the magic amount to tip. I think I flustered her. She triedto hang up as soon as she could. I then ended up. I'm trying not to argue I just want my pizza. Well you should call door dashsir. Three strikes, and this location is out. The first time, my order was incorrect. When I asked for the pizza to be remade I was... told it'd be 30-40 minutes for it to come out. And The second time, my order vanished from the system, and I was again toldabout an hour+ wait despite showing proof of purchase and pickup time. Yesterday I thought I figured out the secret and orderedcarryout, and checked my order before I left. Toppings looked good. I got home only to learn that my pizza didn't have anysauce. I tried calling to have them start making the replacement pizza and was hung up on repeatedly. I had to drive back to beonce again told that I would have to wait 30+ minutes for a correctly made pizza. I asked about the phone situation and theysaid they were short staffed and couldn't answer the phone. This time they did offer a credit towards another pizza but there'sno point when it won't be done correctly. I ordered standard pizzas without complicated instructions. The staff don't appear tobe concerned with quality or urgency when a mistake is made. There is zero excuse for hanging up the phone instead of placing ahold. Read more
We ordered a half Supreme half Hawaiian pizza but we got a full Supreme with pineapple added. I tried to call the store to see... if my order got in and figure stuff out because the app said it would take 3 hours to deliver this pizza. I noticed that 600 of my reward points were missing so I reached out to their customer service. They acknowledged my support... request in an email and then nothing. They haven't restored my points or explained why they wouldn't restore them. Justsilence. Fortunately for me there are a lot of other pizza joints that are happy to take my pizza budget (have ordered fourtimes from Marco's since I submitted my request). Read more
