After streaming a leading cooking show, Pizzeria Seven Twelve was our destination. The surrounding areas are vibrant. It was in... the middle of this great complex. Parking is shared with the condos and other businesses, so a little crowded. The restaurant isdefinitely original looking. Specialized pastas and sodas for sale at the hosting booth, and a semi bar at the edge of the giantoven. Seating was quick, the staff was very knowledgeable. I always ask what they recommend. Our waiter did a great job ofexplaining the menu and he was definitely right. All together it was really a pretty good idea. If you are looking for a goodpizzeria and don’t want to go far. Oh my goodness!!! I have a new favorite pizza! I will admit a "corn pizza" doesn't sound great, but it tastes delicious! TL;DR Finding this place made my week. If you like authentic Italian-style pizza you wont be disappointed. This pizza is... fantastic. Just to establish a bit of ethos, I want to preface my review by saying that I’m a highly critical foodie andpizza was a staple in my diet during the years I lived in Italy. I like to think my opinion is unbiased and trustworthy. Ithink the best test of any pizzeria is how well they can do a Margherita, so that’s what I ordered. They crushed it. Thecrust had the perfect bite to it and it was crispy to the very center without being burnt (see pics). The sauce was fresh andthe perfect balance of sweet and tart. The cheese surprised me a bit (in a good way) as the clumps we’re creamy, seemed to bemore of a burrata or stracciatella than a traditional fresh mozzarella. I added a bit more salt, black pepper, and red pepperflakes (chili-infused olive oil is my usual preference but it already had some oil on top) after the first couple of slices, butit was fantastic just as it came. Thoroughly enjoyed every bite. They also provided complimentary hummus and pita strips beforethe meal—a little untraditional but undoubtedly delicious (and probably less fattening than the alternative olive oil andbalsamic with bread lol). We've been eating at Pizzeria Seven Twelve just about every time we're in town for more than a decade. You can expect excellent... fresh seasonal options that are thoughtfully crafted. Visit frequently throughout the year to try everything as the menu itemsare updated. We've yet to have anything that we weren't completely thrilled to eat. In the past, when a pizza came out a bitovercooked, we were quickly provided with a new pizza without any hassle. Happy to support this business and have our belliesfully filled. My husband and I loved Pizzeria 712. The food was amazing, atmosphere cozy, and the staff/service was incredible. Lizelle the... manager was so sweet and helpful in getting us in on a busy Friday night and even gave us a free treat! Really good restaurant. A little pricey but way good. We got seated right away. The service was quick. They give you... complimentary pita bread and hummus. We ordered the tomato basil soup, a margherita pizza and the chicken and dumplings. Weenjoyed everything. Read more
