Wow! I get that the economy is bad... But $8 for pretzel bites and cheese! The cup isn't even full. And the workers attitude... was horrid. I remember when they use to pack the cup full then fill the lid and smash it together. Guess it's time to give upthis love of mine. Read more
Really tasty and affordable pretzels just far enough from the food court it's more relaxed with convinient seeting while also... being next to the arcade and play center. I strongly recomend snagging a pretzel here if you need a quick snack. Read more
Just went and all the employees I interacted with were extremely rude. I know the were busy, but that is never a reason to roll... your eyes at a customer who asked for cream cheese very politely. Read more
One of the workers who took my order, I didn?t get his name unfortunately. He told me there was a 10 minute wait on the pretzel... bites which was fine, but he asked if I wanted cheese with it and I said yes. He ended up never charging me for the cheese,Ididn?t realize until my brother went back 10 minutes later to get our order. He was very rude to my brother when he asked forthe cheese. Read more

If there was an option for 0 Stars I would have chosen it. We stood at the counter waiting to order pretzels as 4 employees... stood behind the counter chatting. I watched as every one them up looked up and saw us. Not one even acknowledged us. Theysimply looked right back down and continued to chat and restock?. After watching an employee walk past us twice I asked loudlyif anyone was working? This employee's response was sorry I was doing what my manager told me to do. After talking with theshift manager Bernice, she informed me that Pretzel Maker is not a restaurant, and not in the food service industry, so customerservice was not an important part of their job. I went to buy a gift card and not one of the 4 employees that were working there knew how to load the money onto it. One of the... employees even called the manager that wasn't in the shop, and still couldn't figure it out. I asked for a refund. I only gavetwo stars because the sample I ask for (they didn't even offer) while I waited was good. Read more
