I never leave bad reviews. Just wanna start with that. My curbside order was supposed to be ready at 4:08 PM. I checked in... right at that time, and I didn't end up calling them until 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be out to me. I understandshort staff, and that's why I was patient. But when I called they said they would be right out and I ended up waiting an extra15 minutes on top of that. After all of that they didn't even give me a coupon or something to make up for the fact that Iwaited 40 minutes for my food. I ended up having to go in and be a bear to get my food. I would definitely recommend you pick adifferent red lobster if you are doing curbside. This has happened more than once but I decided to give them a second chance.Won't be coming here again. One of the best managed Red Lobster locator have been to. Very clean, great service, and the food was excellent as always.
Red lobster is as always amazing. The waiter this time was very slow and messed up the orders a couple of times. But as always... the food was amazing and I will definitely be back. Update the waitress we had tonight was amazing. She kept all the drinksrefilled (we had a table of 9) she even brought out our appetizers and salads before the meal even though we ordered at the sameTime. It was great service. Read more
The food was great, as usual. The service was really slow. We were told it would be a 40 minute wait to get in, and they would... text me. They texted a wrong number! Then it took a long time to see the waitress and even longer to get our food. I guess ithad something to do with the Help Wanted sign at the entrance. Read more
The wait was super long, but the service was really good. I loved the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp in the combo. We added a... lobster tail to the platter as well, and it was excellent with a little grilled flavor. Tara was our server and her bubblypersonality was infectious. She made the night a great visit. Actually came here a couple week ago for a work group lunch. The restaurant wasn't very busy though it was just after 11:00 AM... so didn't expect it to be. It was a bit dark inside though bright and sunny outside. We were greeted and sat immediately.Service was really good. We were a party of 12 and our server did awesome. She got every order correct and kept our glassesfull. Everyone told me their food was delicious. Mine was okay. I got the Sailor's Platter. I got fries and Caesar salad as mysides. The popcorn shrimp and shrimp scampi were perfect. The white fish on the other hand was too salty. I thought it was thebreading but even after removing that, it was still way too salty. The salad also had some bad lettuce leafs. My coworker alsofound bad leafs in his salad. Overall it was a good experience. I do love seafood but know that the white fish is a stay awayfrom. Overall decent experience but probably won't be back on my own choice. I'm giving 3 stars because of several small details with... the visit that put me off. The wait on Saturday at 415pm was about 45 minutes. It was a long wait. Second, the restaurant isneed of a large scale, deep clean. The fabric on the booths is old and dusty in the corners. The wood throughout the restaurantlooks old and needs polishing and de-greasing. The corners of just about everywhere were filled with dust and grime. There arefood splatters on the window panes. Overall I was pretty grossed out with the cleanliness of the place. Our server didn't seemtoo knowledgeable about the menu or what was available. The food came out in a timely manner and the rolls are always a hit. Iwas really impressed with the hand-breaded chicken tenders that the kids ordered. The burger was huge but the seafood I orderedwas just okay. The shrimp were not flavorful at all. They do have lots of alcohol options which is a plus for utah county. Inthe end, I came here for the seafood and was not completely satisfied while being uncomfortable with how dirty the restaurantwas around me. Read more
