This has GOT to be one of the best taco places in Utah! I wish there were 20 more locations! The tacos were fantastic!... Different! Tasty! And the dipping sauce/soup was unbelievable. Add the melted cheese?worth it! My only regret was that Icouldn?t try more items from their menu. The only negative is that it?s kind of a small restaurant, and is super crowded! I tried it finally! Honestly they're ok. Really bland which disappointed me. But for the most part it tastes like it looks. I'm... not a fan of the grease from chorizo it has a flavor that's off putting to me. I won't get the " broth" again but my husbandloved it. I also tried the quesadilla it was great, crispy. Great Birria! I wanted to try the Birria Ramen but they were sold out. Highly recommend that you call ahead and make sure they... have that if it's what you're wanting because they will sell out fast. They have multiple style tacos, all Birria, and alsoserve beer. Read more
Birria tacos are some of the best tacos you can get, there's just something about dunking your taco in the jugo that just can't... be beat. It's like dunking a delicious french dip. Red tacos hits the nail on the head. Their prices are hard to beatespecially for how much food you get. Everything here is birria, no chicken or carnitas, strictly birria. We got the #1 combo(2 quesabirria tacos and 2 beef) and two doraditos (basically a beef taco but with a crisper outer shell). They were deliciousand we'd probably replace the doraditos with two more beef or quesa tacos since they basically tasted the same. We couldn'treally tell that they were the much crispier. Overall would definitely go again. It was also super busy the night we went andtook about 30 mins to get our to go order, so plan accordingly. Read more
These tacos are full of meat, cheese and deliciousness. The authentic birria meat stuffed inside a perfectly crispy fried shell.... We got the combo #1 and 3 Doraditos. We will need to come back to try the Pizzadilla and the Ramen. They were busy but worth thewait. Read more
We got the combo #1, the queso tacos were on point and the street tacos are as authentic as any taco cart downtown. Great... atmosphere, simple menu and delicious food. If you love authentic Mexican food then Red Taco is a must . Combo meal was plentyof food, even after I was full I still wanted more because it tasted so good. 10/10 will eat again. Read more
So amazingly good the meat is perfect absolutely would come back loved it so much. It is on the more expensive side but I... absolutely feel in love. The one problem is I don't like that the glass partition for the kitchen is covered in a black cover soyou can't see into the kitchen. I don't like that they have glass but covered it anyway.
