Pretty grossed out with both women working today. I get that you guys probably wash your hands before touching the dough bare... hands but she was wearing a big white balled bracelet and my boyfriend noticed she had rings on as well. We saw the dough touchher jewelery as she was tossing it around. We ended up leaving. Both the girls had very loose hair falling out of theirponytails which can easily fall into food and I mean it was very loose. I've taken my food handlers permit and know this isn'tokay. Wow. When I went into the mall today I didn?t know what to expect, but I certainly wasn?t ready to meet some of Gods strongest... warriors. Brandon and Sara made this whole experience worth it. I thought the pizza was gonna be a little underwhelming but theway they handled things made it worth it. No longer do I think this pizza is too expensive for what it?s worth, no no. I went and ordered a Stromboli, planning on paying for Apple Pay. When I get to the register, the employee, lily, tells me that... they don?t do Apple Pay. I realize that she already prepared it and started worrying because I couldn?t pay for it without ApplePay. To my astonishment, she covered me and paid for my food! What a Wonderful employee! Worst Sbarro's I've ever been to. They didn't have any baked ziti. The pizza slice was small and watery some how? The Mac and... cheese was good, but they didn't have silverware so I ate it with my fingers. And the Dr Pepper was completely flat. The staffwas nice,but looked over worked. Read more
I?ve ordered from them via GrubHub three times and twice the food was completely burned. Today I ordered a NY pepperoni slice... and a Stromboli. I didn?t get the pizza slice at all. They sent two burnt crispy Stromboli?s. The food arrived after 9 pm andnobody answered the phone when I called. I paid for a dinner that I can?t eat, for a delivery so I didn?t have to cook; and I?mout of my money and still have to cook my own food. I wouldn?t order delivery from them. Read more
