Lord of the Flies up in here. The Starbucks Staff is always nice here, but I?ve rarely been to this particular location when... it?s not infested with flies. I?ve had to leave on a few occasions to go to a diff bucks just to get escape those little guys.And they are on food, on faces, I even saw them inside the display case today. I love the morning staff at this location! They are always so friendly and polite no matter how early it is. It always starts my... day on a good note to have a cheerful interaction with them! It?s easy to tell when baristas get a little annoyed about morecomplicated orders, but these guys are always so nice. Whether I get a regular iced coffee or some sugar concoction, I havenever been made to feel like I have a ?bad? or ?inconvenient? order. They have never gotten my order wrong, and if they are everout of an option, they are always on top of offering different selections, and are generally just very helpful! I started goingto this location because it?s on my way to work, but now I almost always choose this one even if it?s a little out of my way. Read more
If Julia isn't the face of Starbucks, I highly HIGHLY recommend she becomes the face. She embodies joy. I don't go to Starbucks... often because I can't afford it but I'm for sure going to go back tomorrow because it's not often you feel appreciated in such ashort encounter but it was refreshing. Before today's my meeting, I visited this place for a cup of coffee to order. There were eight employees working in the store,... but they had to wait a long time to order and no one was paying attention. After that, I ordered and waited, and my operationsmeeting began soon, so I asked the employee because the coffee was not coming out yet, and after that, The female employee withred hair and a star tattoo shook her head unpleasantly as if she didn't understand it from side to side. Is it wrong to askwhen my coffee will be served? Do I have to shut up and wait because it's Starbucks? I want to ask Starbucks CorporateTraining Department. Am I getting coffee from you guys for free? As far as I know, I paid for my coffee and I am entitled to askif I have any questions about it. The price includes services to customers and the price of coffee I ordered is paid by youremployees' salaries. But why is your employee so rude?
