Tried entering the store 5 minutes after they were supposed to be open and the door was locked. An employee was inside, saw me... and continued whatever prep he was doing. I waited another 10 minutes and still for was locked. I knocked and employee finallyunlocked the door and told me it was going to be another 20 minutes before he could help me since his staff had called off andhe had to cover a shift. Instead of asking how he could help me he decided to ignore me. I will not be returning to thislocation. Read more
NEVER order online from this store past 4pm. A majority of the time they 1) don't call you to address what they have ran out of... which is common curtisy 2) supposedly the business can only refund the ENTIRE order and not 1 sandwich 3) I think I've only met1 worker there that seemed to know any information about sandwiches and the company. Clearly the store is not equipped witheither proper tools or training. I've worked in fast food for most of my life even as a manager at one place so I know how toughthe job can be, but it isn't an excuse for unprofessionalism. Read more

The employees here act completely lost and have no idea what they are doing! I had to repeat myself so many times and they... never got the sandwich right. Also making 1-2 employees work the lunch rush alone is just ridiculous! They can not keep upwith the orders. The store is also an absolute mess! This is completely unacceptable and needs to change!
