The service has gone down as of late and the quality isn?t as good as it used to be. We have been eating here for many years. We... love the crystal shrimp crunch roll. It is an all you can eat or order by roll. It isn?t bad but not your high end sushi. Goodplace for big family get together. Read more

I?ve almost always enjoyed the sushi here, but the last time I went and took some family for the first time the quality of the... rolls has definitely gone down. They were looser, and built way larger than necessary or usual. What use is an all you can eatif they essentially piling an excessive amount of rice onto each roll? Read more

I love sushi ya! It's not the world's best quality, super authentic, but it's great sushi, and you get a lot for the price.... There can be a long wait for large parties or on weekends, so plan for that. Do youself a favor and order the Orange Julius. Iwas reluctant to try it, but now it's my favorite there! Read more

I?ve been here a handful of times, the sushi is good for a awesome price. How ever this last time I went I was not impressed... with the service. The staff was judging me on how many rolls I was eating and were annoyed, as well as how many times my waiterhad to fill up my drink. It?s all you can eat, not how much the employees think you should eat. The waiter held up a sign thatexplained if you didn?t eat all your meal they would charge you extra. When I went to check out the lady glares at my plate Indisbelief and annoyance. I believe she even charged me extra since the meal was $26 plus my drink which should have been $28which was my last visit. This time I was charged $32. Don?t think I will be bringing my business here again. Read more

The sushi was great, but this was an awful place to take young children. Our options were pay half price for all you can eat, or... full price for a roll for them. They wouldn't let us split a roll between them either. For three rolls and two dinner all youcan eat, it was $110. I'd go here on a date, but not as a family. Read more

I love Sushi Ya. Years ago I made good use of their all-you-can eat option, but now I just order 1-2 rolls and that's enough.... Prices have risen sharply due to inflation and gas prices (along with everything), but the quality is still great. I give it 4stars because a couple of times I've gone alone (my wife doesn't care for sushi), they've stuck me at a particular table aroundthe corner in the back section and I was only able to get another order in and a drink refill when I waited for 30 minutes andthen walked up to the cashier counter. The food was absolutely delicious. However, we received minimal service, (no refills and service was slow), and when it came... time to pay the waitress demanded a tip. And by demanded I mean she slid the receipt back to me and tapped the tip portion toboth me and my friends. I think I'll stick to Sushi House in American Fork. Read more

Came for a work anniversary. Place was a bit dark. Friendly workers. A bit hard to understand but not so much we couldn't get... what we wanted. The bathroom doors look like they haven't been cleaned in a while but the rooms themselves were keptnice. Depends on what time you are there as to what you can order. Two different sizes of rolls too. I got the New Yorker,Playboy, and one other. They were rather good but no real punch of flavor or spiciness. I left plenty full. They were a goodratio of rice to other fillings. I would recommend if you want all you can eat sushi. Read more
