Food was great but this location was rough. It was packed! (Might have been high school lunch time) but took so long, super long... drive thru too which goes through the target parking lot, not convenient. The place was really messy and dirty too. By far the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever gone to. I?ve traveled across the country many times. Gone to different taco bells across... the country and this one is bar far the worst one. The first time, they had us waiting 35 minutes for our food. Second time, noone in the restaurant and no one on the drive thru made us wait 20 minutes. They gave us one part of our food and forgot aboutthe other stuff until we told them. Took them 5 more minutes to get us our coffee. Horrible Taco Bell. Read more
Very slow. Messed up many orders. Disorganized. Undertrained workers. Poor management. I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins -... didn?t move one inch, so I went inside and ordered. While I was waiting, FOUR people came back with incorrect orders. One ladycame back TWICE with the incorrect order. She waited 45 mins for her food the first time. There were at least 6 people in thekitchen, but two workers were standing around doing absolutely nothing? I waited at least 30 mins before saying something. Oneof the workers said he wasn?t helping because he ?wasn?t trained on how to make the food? but also said he?d worked there for 4months? ? Only after I started complaining did they pick up the pace and get me my order - after 35 mins total. I get it ifyou?re understaffed, but 6+ workers in the kitchen at other fast food restaurants are never this slow and inaccurate. Don?twait 45 mins for the wrong order. Go to a different Taco Bell. I wish I could give u a zero but can't. 40 min in drive through to get our mobile order. You should fire your lunch manager. And... all you give is 2 dang coupons for a crunchy taco because your slow. Your store sucks. To bad you will never read this. Read more
It's pretty late, and there was a decent line. The girls in the car in front of us were honking and screaming. Just impatient... drunk girls. They held up the line and were very obnoxious. The girls working the drive through handled it very well and madesure all the other orders were still moving smoothly. They made our night! Read more
Staff is friendly and service is fast. Their mobile ordering works really well and they actually use it efficiently unlike most... other places. They always get my order right. Overall a great Taco Bell! Read more

LOCATION- 5 This Taco Bell has a great location there along the busy Center Street, granted it is a bit complicated to get to the actualrestaurant, and with chaotic driving from those Utah drivers it can be a pain. ???? PRICE - 5 Most of the products arerelatively cheap, that being said, you get what you pay for. The quality also is reflected in the price. ????????PRODUCT/SERVICE - 3 Right now I'm going through a phase where me and my wife get the Taco & Burrito Carvings Pack. I typicallymake my tacos soft shell ???? and the burritos are the Beefy 5 Layer Burritos????. Not too bad of a deal 8 products for $10. Idefinitely can't get Taco Bell without the Mtn Dew Baja Blast, there's no better drink ???? to go with the food. The last timeI went however, I was unimpressed by my soft shell tacos, the edges were dry and frayed. I didn't know they allowed such asubpar quality product leave their taco stand. ???? POINTERS/PERKS - N/A I know Taco Bell has an app and that they offerdelivery during these crazy CoronaVirus ???? times, but nothing really strikes me as amazing when it comes to pointers or perks. This taco bell is pretty great. They seem to be pretty consistent with good service and good food. They hardly ever screw up my... order so that's super nice. Ordering through the App is a huge bonus. Cheaper food and speed service that way. Every once and awhile it takes FOREVER to get through the drive through, but that's few and far between. Other than that I really like thislocation. Read more
