Had never really been, and I ended up being really disappointed. Sat at the drive-thru looking at the menu, decided on what I... wanted and then continued to wait. I finally drove up to the window and they were there in the kitchen goofing off. They lookedsurprised to see me and when I told them that I had been waiting they brushed it off and acted like it was somehow my fault. Then they got my order wrong and when I went back to correct it they again made it my fault that they didn't give me what Iordered. To top it off the food and portions left me disappointed. I seemed to know more about their products than the employee or how things should be done. Most also send like they were there... for a paycheck, and further that the customer is the reason for their paycheck. It's been a long time since I've been to TacoTime anywhere and probably it will be a long time again. The place was clean, but the food was plain and interesting oncereceived. Read more
I got a fish taco but the tortilla was hard and crusty. We ordered the Nachos and it came with salsa even though we ordered no... salsa. The salsa bar was great and customer service at the counter was great. Read more
When I order food, it should be fresh. My friend use to manage a Taco Time, he showed me the timer for all food. When timer... beeps after 10 minutes, any fried food or food is trashed, it goes right in the garbage. Today I ordered 2 crisp meat burritos,large Mexi Fry, the crisp meat burritos were barely Luke warm & limp. Mexi Fries we?re the same. DON?T use old food that hasbeen sitting out. It?s too bad the help doesn?t want to produce good food & happy customers. The fryer does the work for u, 3minutes crisp burritos. It?s not hard. I know it gets busy, short staffed or not, good HOT FRESH Food should still be priority. It keeps customers coming back & most importantly Money coming in. I would rather wait an extra 5-10 minutes for fresh ratherthen old food sitting out. Probably won?t be back. Read more
Delicious ???????? Nice staff. Sad the prices are going up because of inflation and whatnot, but what can ya do. Not the... business's fault.
