First visit for some amazing Detroit style pizza. We got Cadillac and Ambassadors bridge and they were quite tasty. The Cadillac... had a nice unique flavor with the (prosciutto?), balsamic, and cheese (that's the bottom half) it's a definite win. They alsobrought out a complimentary meat ball appetizer. I felt like overall it was good quality and quantity for price! And the servicewas also great, attentive and kind. Read more
-FOOD - 4.5?? the artichoke dip & The Cadillac pizza were so good! (But not the 500 pizza????) -SERVICE - 5?? It takes about 30... minutes for a pizza to come out, but everything came out faster than they told us. -PRICE - 4?? with appetizers and drinks and alarge pizza after a tip, it was over $50 for 2 adults -WORTH IT? - YES? HOLY PIZZA!! This is the pizza place I?ve been looking for in Utah!! I love Detroit style pizza and this place does it justice!... We tried 4 different small pizzas and loved them all! We were hesitant to try the Brazilian one because of the honey but itreally works! You get that sweetness from the honey but the spiciness of the sausage and pepperoni balances it out well. Lovedtheir 4 cheese, pepperoni and the margarita (which was a special). Already can?t wait to come back! I only wish we lived closer!It?s worth the drive to Orem! Read more
Pizza is very good and the cheese bread was okay. The sauce has a very different taste but it wasn?t bad at all. I don?t think... there?s any tomato sauce under the cheese but as you can see from my photo there?s sauce on top of the pizza. If you plan to getcups of ranch just aware that they use the bigger 4 oz cups for the sauce. Overall I think the quality of the food here is goodand I would come on by again whenever I do come back to the area. Read more
We?ve been looking for a good pizza restaurant for years. This is it, but better. If you want that crispy textured crust and the... perfect marinara then look no further. Try the Detroit-style (obviously) and the garden salad. You won?t be disappointed. Read more
Our first eating experience at Via 313 was great. We will return to try it again. We ordered cheese bread, a bar-style cheese... pizza, a Detroit-style The Carnivore pizza & even tried the blueberry lemonade. All of the food tasted very good. It was cookedwell, had great flavor, wasn?t overwhelmed with sauce & the portions were more than enough to share. The blueberry lemonade wasyummy! The service was also very good. Our server was attentive, checked on us just enough & provided refills when needed. I?mhappy with our visit & am excited to go back! Read more
This was our second time at Via 313. The food is great and the Caesar salad is delicious. You can tell a good place by their... Caesar salad ???? they also offer beer and some adult beverages, which is unlike most pizza places here. They lose a star fortheir service. Both times we have been here, the service was less than ok. Hardly saw our server, needed refills more times thannot, and the food takes a good while to come out. Overall, the flavors are good. I wouldn't recommend my choice (The Supreme)but the Hawaiian was delicious. Read more
Delicious, modern, friendly-- all words I'd use to describe via313. This was one of the best experiences my boyfriend and I have... ever had at a pizza place. The food was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. Not only this, but upon realizing that thiswas our first time there, we were offered a complimentary side of cinnamon sticks, which were rich, warm, and tasty, but notoverly sweet. I absolutely recommend this place for the food, the service, and the overall experience. Plus like, look at howmuch CHEESE they add! ????
