I love Zaxby?s food but this time I waited forever to order and for my food and we were the only ones in. We waited about 20... minutes and I had seen some meals sitting up on the cooks counter (not the counter they sit it on for people to grab) so finallyI asked and he handed them to us. Had a coupon for a free meal so we went in, and while in line saw a poster with a free meal if you download the app, so I... decided to try it. It worked and the coupon immediately came, even though it said allow up to 72 hours before delivery. They letus use both coupons, so we ended up with two free meals. It was great. Everything was good. Fries are kind of normal crinkle cutfries, the chicken is what really shines here. I like their sauce too, and the soda machine is awesome. I love mixing my ownsodas. Read more

EXTREMELY POOR/SLOW SERVICE!! We went through the drive through and ordered 1 combo, 1 zalad and 2 orders of fried pickles. We... get to he pickup window and was asked to park and wait for our order because it would take about 10 minutes. So we parked and wesat there waiting, we saw several cars (4-5) go through the drive through and get their food without having to park/wait. 15minutes pass and we're still waiting outside for our food. After almost 20 minutes, my husband goes inside to get our foodhimself. He sees that there are no customers dining in, and no one else in the drive through. He brings our food out and Icheck it and it's barely even warm, like it's been sitting there for 10+ minutes. My salad was super soggy and smelled weird, Icouldn't even eat it. My family of 4 stopped here for dinner last night. There were only 3 staff members. One gal cooking, one gal working drive-thru,... and one guy taking orders in store. They were working so hard. It was a bit of a wait for our food but it wasn't for a lack oftrying on their part. The teamwork was amazing to watch. They all jumped into each position to help out and make it run. Thestaff members were so kind and apologized for the wait. The food was also delicious. I would go again today if we hadn't cameback home to Colorado. Read more

I?m not sure what has happened to this location recently, but it has gone downhill FAST. I just waited 30 minutes in the... drivethru, during normal dinner hours, with only one other car in front of me the entire time. Each of us only got food for oneperson. After that wait, I was given the wrong order (didn?t check until I got home). The good news? The guy literally justwalked over and handed me the food without saying one thing and then walked away. This chicken was sooooooooo bad!! I am astonished that people would even think of comparing it to raising canes. If someone even... mentions raising canes and Zaxby?s in the same sentence they should be slapped. Just look at the picture for proof. The chickenfingers were barely bigger than my pinky and tasted like cafeteria chicken. The toast was a piece of Walmart bread with butter,the fries were decent.
