This is possibly the best subway I have ever been to.
What a joke of an establishment and the employees are not much better. Stopped in with a few friends on 07/10/22 to get some... lunch while heading up north, two of us decided to try the new steak sandwiches they had advertised on the menu, the menuadvertised the steak sandwich with steak, onions, peppers, sauce, and 2x cheese. The employee put a regular portion of cheesejust like you would any other sandwich which is no big deal at all. I had asked her what the 2x had meant because I have neverheard of a sandwich having that unless you pay for the deluxe. She proceeded to tell me I had to pay for a footlong pro then shedecided to check the instructions and huffed "I guess your sandwich does come with double cheese" after she fixed the sandwichshe never bothered fixing the other one that should have been the same way, which again, no big deal it's only some cheese. Whatreally gets me is the way she decided to act after she had fixed mine, she then decided to turn to a co-worker right in front ofme and start ridiculing me talking about how customers always get so irate if they don't get their extra cheese and whatnot. Thelook on her face was priceless when I politely asked her if customers really made that big of a deal. At that point she knew shemessed up. I was in complete shock that she had the audacity and ignorance. Will try and ridicule me to a co-worker right infront of me. Her coworker even looked surprised. She was saying this kind of stuff in front of us. Not going to lie, thesandwich was pretty good, but as for the customer service it completely sucked. Subs never look like the picture advertised
A complete list of new coupons and they won?t work with online orders. Worker at the window claims they ask for a scanner but... have not got one. So if the coupon code is given to them WHY can?t they enter it when checking you out??? No is just easy forthem to say they won?t honor it. Or maybe after you leave they put the code in and pocket the money. Whatever it does not addup!!! Read more
absolutely ridiculous the employees were acting like they didn?t wanna be there they made my sub terribly and somehow I didn?t... see you but when I got home there was no meat on my sub!!! they got sauce everywhere I opened the sub and everything was in thewrapper, not even inside of the bread. they put no napkins in the bag. The sandwich I get cost over $10 for the three differentmeats that are on it but sunrise they forgot my meat!! Read more
Their bread is fresh fresh where you can the cheese on the herb and cheese bread falling off it. They give you more meat then... the other subways I've been to. It was pretty good!! Read more
My family and I got a flat tire while returning home from helping my brother in law move. We decided might as well have subway... for dinner because we didn?t know how long we would be waiting. Once we finished eating the employee kindly asked us to not sitinside anymore. 4 children 10 years old and younger out in the 88 degree heat for over an hour. It?s extremely sad businessesfeel the need to operate in such a way. Read more
